„Food was the worst that I’ve ever had. I just arrived and made it to dinner, dinner was a mix of breakfast cereal and some pastas and salads. From the living room, all I hear are the doors slamming when someone closes their door. The noise is fine everywhere else in the suite. The couches and tables are a bit run down. One bathroom smelled bad. The one thing I did like was the walk from the counter check in to the room is nice with all the trees and plants. Since I already checked in, I cant ...

„I really enjoyed my visit here! Located only 4 blocks away from the ocean, Mocali Hotel provides mas-o-menos quite rooms, many of which have a balcony. Also the hotel is not in the area of the big hotel towers, which was also an advantage for us!“

„Nach einer Flugverspätung traf ich erst morgens gegen 01.30h im Hotel ein. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück war gut, viel besser als von mir erwartet.“

„sehr gute Lage, nur 3 Querstrassen von der Uferpromenade entfernt am Berghang. Preis ist verglichen mit umliegenden Hotels recht günstig und die Zimmer entsprechen den Erwartungen bei einem 3- Stern Hotel. Nur WLAN ist extra zu bezahlen, aber man kann ja in jeder Strandbar gratis Zugang erhalten.“

„Hotelzimmer war schön, sauber & geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal (nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants), nur die laute vorbeiführende Straße stört. Selbst Zimmer (allerdings 1.Etage) am weitesten von der Straße entfernt hat daran nicht geändert. kein eigener Strandzugang-mit Hotelarmband gewährt aber das Nachbarhotel Zugang. Anfrage nach Zimmer in oberer Etage wurde leider nicht realisiert. Leider schlechte Erfahrung mit Taxi, welches beim Hotel bei Abreise angefragt wurde. Der ...

Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "
