Guests have full access to the Main House only. The entire property spans 35 acres with private pastures, fenced yards, and ample parking.
Guests needing larger accommodations may inquire about renting the Main House (sleeps 9) PLUS The Falcons Nest Studio (sleeps 4).

-- GUEST EXPERIENCE --
Your hosts, Chance and Elizabeth, live just minutes away and are happy to assist with anything you need — from local tips to grocery delivery through their “Fill the Fridge” service. They may stop by to collect fresh eggs daily but will always respect your privacy. Guests are also welcome to join in and gather eggs!

-ABSOLUTELY No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
-Events/gatherings/weddings/retreats (up to 50 guests) require written approval before booking
-Check-in: After 3:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
-Children welcome, but property is not childproofed (supervision required)
-Pets must be approved in advance ($50/night per pet)
-Horse boarding available upon request
-Additional guests beyond 13 require approval and will be billed at $50/person/night
-Violations may result in cancellation or fines per rental agreement
-Adherence and Signed Rental Agreement required prior to check-in
-Required $55 damage protection prior to arrival (protects up to $3000 damage) and $500 hold (will be collected 14 day prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure)
