„Wonderful location. Wonderful home. Even the wild weather was spectacular. Unexpected issues: 1. The dishwasher and microwave had not been cleaned for a long time and we had to do this. This should be done after every renter. 2. Insufficient bin liners. 3. A vase of dead flowers was on the table when we arrived. 4. There was insufficient toilet paper for our stay. 5. The TV in the lower lounge area should be set up with free to air channels.“

„We were a little shocked that the property was a lot more run down than what the photos showed on the internet. Apart from that the location of the property was amazing and ticked all our boxes. The only thing that would have made the stay easier would be if the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. “

„We had a grwat time and will definitely be back.“

„This house is a great house for a holiday . Spaces are large and whilst the property has some real design features you don't feel like you have to walk on eggshells so as not to damage anything. ( we did put the most precious items out of kid reach). We were a party of two adults and two small children 4 and 2. It rained the entire time we were there but we still found plenty to do in the area including looking and playing in puddles. There are plenty of Cafes very close by beaches and parks ...

„The house is very clean and tidy located in a quiet area. There are many stairs inside the house while the bedrooms are located in the top level. It is not suitable for the young kids and elderlies, especially for those who have leg / back problems. We booked for 8 adults. There isn't enough cutleries for a simple meal. We can only find six forks in the kitchen drawer when we are having noodles. Nevertheless, we are happy staying in this holiday house. Thank you house owner. “

„We will definitely be staying here again. The location is breathtakingly perfect and relaxing. The property has absolutely everything you could think off, is spotlessly clean and well maintained. All the furniture inside and outside was very comfortable. The only thing which would make the property an 11/10 would be a little plunge pool to cool off in otherwise we could not fault anything about the property. Loved it so much and we will definitely be booking it every year.“

„Being an hour trip out of Sydney, it was the perfect location for a girls weekend away. It's also only 10 mins from the train station, so it suited both those who drove and those who didnt. The house had three levels which we paid extra to open but it was worth it. The view on the Upper Studio is next level, although the patio was missing the railing so it's not ideal for young kids or potentially intoxicated/uncoordinated people. „Great location &house,just needs some gardening (weeds growing around the property,back lawn needs mowing). Lots of bird droppings on back deck in corner on glass door. Bathroom near kitchen has a difficult to use shower “

„Excellent premium property with the best location on 7 mile beach“

„We enjoyed our stay at the stockyards. The house was very clean & quite comfortable. The view to the fields with animals was lovely. The only drawback was the lack of privacy. One side of the house looks onto the owner's house & we felt quite exposed. They weren't out in the yard much but .... Also the house is on a small bit of grass so you can't walk around & explore the whole farm at all. Apart from that it was peaceful & provided a good break.“

„We had a twin room city view but was given a room at the top floor with both city and water view😊. Spacious room and good selection of food on the buffer breakfast. Staff are really nice, The North. bar on the ground has great libe acousitc music which adds to the amazing ambience of the place. “

Der Pool ist überschaubar groß und die Kante, die einen flacheren vom tieferen Bereich trennt, störte mich persönlich ziemlich. Aber zugleich hat man ja das Meer fast vor der Haustür, sodass man nicht allzu lang im Pool verbringen muss. Auch sonst profitiert das Hotel von seiner Lage. "Der Aufenthalt in diesem neu und modern wirkenden Hotel hat uns gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist neu und machte einen überwiegend guten Eindruck. Der Pool ist überschaubar groß und die Kante, die einen flacheren vom tieferen Bereich trennt, störte mich persönlich ziemlich. Aber zugleich hat man ja das Meer fast vor der Haustür, sodass man nicht allzu lang im Pool verbringen muss. Auch sonst profitiert das Hotel von seiner Lage. Die kleinen Balkons zur Straße hinaus sind auch ganz praktisch. Zwei kleine Minuspunkte hätte ich dennoch: Zum einen ist die Tiefgarage sehr eng gebaut. Ohne Rangieren wird es mit größeren Autos wirklich schwierig, aber immerhin machbar. Zum anderen waren in unserem Zimmer die Armaturen im Badezimmer aufgrund von Korrosion in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Rückblickend würde ich ohne Zweifel diese Unterkunft erneut buchen, wenn ich in Kiama übernachten müsste."
