Nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser und über 10 Restaurants entfernt, genießen Sie unsere 4-Schlafzimmer / 3-Bad-Ferienwohnung in Imperial Beach, einer "verschlafenen Stadt" und einem der bestgehüteten Geheimnisse von San Diego. Platz für 8 Personen + Schlafsofa. Ideal für einen Familienurlaub oder eine Gruppe von Freunden zum Entspannen, Erholen und langen Strandspaziergang. Die Preise beziehen sich auf 8 Gäste. addieren Sie $ 10. 00 pro Nacht und pro zusätzlichen Gast (zusätzliche Kosten für die neunte und zehnte Person)

4 BR / 3 Bäder passen bequem 8 in Premium-Matratzen und Bettzeug, plus eine Couch und eine weitere auf Schlafhocker. Wir haben vor kurzem eine Klimaanlage Anfang Juni 2019 installiert. Master BR im Erdgeschoss verfügt über cal Kingsize-Bett, Meerblick Balkon, TV / Sound-Bar, Ventilator, Spiegelschranktüren. Im Obergeschoss Master BR hat CalKing Bett, Schreibtisch, TV. Zimmer mit Meerblick hat Doppelbett und das dritte Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten mit Ausziehbett darunter. Küche mit allen Geräten und Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank. Dining Zähler + Arbeitsplatte in der Küche bar. Gas-Grill auf der Vorderseite Balkon. Wohnung ist sehr hell und luftig.

Gerät ist auf der zweiten und dritten Stock des Gebäudes. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Der dritte Stock hat das größere Schlafzimmer. Haustür Eingang von der Straße und Hintereingang durch Garagentor haben Treppe zum Erdgeschoss.
Sie haben Zugang zu der gesamten Wohnung und Garage. Der Lagerraum im dritten Stock ist tabu.
Küche: großer Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und Wasserausgabe, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Glaswaren enthalten. Gas-Grill auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung gestellt.

Parken: Eine Garage für Kleinwagen (obwohl ich hatte ein Gastpark ein Range Rover), einen zusätzlichen Raum auf Auffahrt. Parken an der Straße ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Garage befindet.

Ich begrüße Fragen der Gäste vor ihren Aufenthalt und, wenn möglich, werden sie zu begrüßen, wenn sie ankommen. Ich wohne in der Nähe und bin für Fragen und / oder Bedenken zur Verfügung.

An impressively equipped home which includes everything that you could possibly want during your stay. The host responded rapidly to messages and was concerned that we had everything we needed. He was helpful in allowing a slightly later check out as well as leaving thorough instructions about how to operate the appliances etc. The house is well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It is in an ideal position on the seafront in IB and includes a garage. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing stay in Imperial Beach
My sister and I took our 3 teenage children to Imperial Beach. This was our VRBO rental What a great experience!! The whole process of renting a VRBO was so easy. Felipe was great! He was very responsive. He gave us advise on where to and where not to eat, grocery stores nearby and even gave us brochures on a college we were touring. The house had everything we could have needed. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, large kitchen and a fabulous location. You could see and hear the ocean from the house. It is just a walk outside the door and you’re on a pathway that leads right to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous. A few things we enjoyed about Imperial Beach: The beach and pier. Mike Hess’s Biergarden- great tacos, good beer. Coronado Brewing company- good food and beer, great happy hour. Sea 180- Great food, View, and happy hour. Luigi’s pizza-Great pizza and you can order by the slice. All of these places are within a few blocks from the house. We walked everywhere. We felt very comfortable and safe where we stayed. Past reviews mentioned the bar across the street being noisy. We had no problems with this. We were very fortunate to have found this property. Felipe was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile!!

A great getaway for the family!
We were extremely happy with our VRBO! The owner was communicative and helpful. The home was clean and well stocked. We were provided with a baby pack-n-play and a high chair. There were beach toys, beach chairs, basketballs (for the court nearby) and boogie boards provided in the garage. The location of the unit was ideal...just steps away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We hope to return again!

Fantastic Stay at Imperial Beach Condo
From the initial decision to book this condo until the time we checked out we could not have been more pleased. The condo was immaculately clean and tidy. The floor plan is extremely efficient. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well designed with plenty of paper towels, plates, glasses, dish soap, etc. All the beds were comfortable. The washer / dryer in the garage are huge and the location is beautiful. There is a wide diversity of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We loved going to Katies Cafe which is only about 20 steps away from the front door. Great breakfast and bruch food, smoothies, etc. with plenty of room inside and out to sit and relax. Very cozy, beachy place with friendly staff. Three of us never felt cramped with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of towels, washcloths and handsoap. The garage can fit a medium sized vehicle and there is another space just outside the garage that can also be used. The street parking is not too congested so there are usually extra spaces there too. The balconies were great. We really enjoyed hanging out on them, especially the one just off the living room overlooking the main street. You can see / hear the beach and watch all the action down below. The beach is only a few steps away with a pier you can walk down only about 1/4 mile down the beach. There is a small takeout seafood / bar at the end of the pier. We saw many people fishing off the pier the night we walked it. Please note that there is a pub / bar across the street on the north side of the condo. At night it can be a little noisy with some of their guests. It really didn't bother me but one of our roommates said he was woken up a couple of times by some louder than usual voices at 12-1AM. I asked him if he would stay here again and he said..."Absolutely", so it really depends on how sensitive you are to late night, occasional, boisterous voices. Fortunately, they are not above, below or directly adjacent to you because they are across a wide, quiet street and down 1 level. I consider this a small issue, considering all the other positive aspects to this property. Do yourself a favor and give this one a try. You'll love it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bliss as the Beach
We had 8 wonderful nights in this townhome. Right at the beach and plenty to do around the little town to keep you happy. The townhome is well taken care of and includes extras such as paper products, shampoo and conditioner, spices, extra blankets and towels. We did not want for anything. The Farmer's Market on Friday afternoon was delightful. We even drove to the outlets at the border. Largest outlet mall I've ever seen. Easy drive to Coronado, San Diego Balboa Park, SeaWorld, Safari Park. Thank You Felipe for your calls and texts to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Hope to return here!!!

Wonderful location, quiet, fun home
We rented location for lodging for our company retreat. We felt bad we couldn't have spent more time actually at the home. The home owner was so great and very helpful. My wife and I look forward to returning with our family soon so we can relax and take full advantage of this great place. The only thing that I would just make sure a renter was aware of was the stairs. Everything is on the second and third floors. This wasnt a problem at all for our group but if you had an elderly person or someone with certian disabilities, it would be a challenge. All in all we are VERY happy with our stay.

Incredible location, great condo, fantastic neighborhood!
Imperial Beech was not at the top of our list when we started looking, but what a great secret this location is - close to Coronado Island, but also with easy access into the city. The beech was amazing, clean, and quiet, while the neighborhood was an absolute treasure of inexpensive and good food. The people were warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was laid back and easy. Our host was attentive and cordial, and worked to resolve our concerns.

This is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented: Very clean, thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week in IB. It has two balconies, which are in fact much larger than they appear on the Internet. Felipe was easy to communicate with and offered a free early check-in and late check-out. If we ever come back with as many people (we were seven), we will definitely book this condo again. The only downside were a few noisy visitors of the bar on the other side of the street, which doesn't close until 2 a.m.

Great location, spacious rental & very helpful host
We had a great stay here! The host is very accommodating, we asked for an early check in last minute and he agreed which was very helpful. There’s everything you need for the beach already there, including towels, chairs umbrellas, boogy boards, toys, umbrellas, everything! The beach is literally a 1 min walk and you don’t cross any major streets so the location is absolutely perfect! The house is clean with everything you would need during your stay (dishes, towels, games, etc.) he even brought a little table and chairs for my 2 year old to use which was really helpful because the dining table is a high top. There’s a few really good places to eat within walking distance, and if you stay on a Friday definitely check out the farmers market in front of the pier, LOTS of yummy food vendors!! Plus the restaurant at the end of the pier is really yummy too, all the fish and shrimp are really fresh and tasty. The only warning I would give is that the unit doesn’t have a/c, which I know is common for the area and clearly listed in the listing info, but just be mindful of the time of year you visit. We stayed mid August and it was pretty warm during the day, and only cooled off a few degrees at night so even with having all the windows open the house never really cooled down, especially the 3rd floor master. And with the bar across the street there is a lot of “riff raff” noise (motorcycles, shouting, etc) so leaving the windows open all night meant letting that noise in, which kept us up. If you’re a heavy sleeper or can wear earplugs it shouldn’t be that big of an issue. Again, this is not the owners fault, it clearly states there’s no a/c and we have actually stayed here once before so we knew about the bar noise. Just be mindful of the time of year so you don’t have to sleep in a warm house. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Neat, clean and super close to everything in IB.
Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay at this location very much. The bedroom set-up was perfect for our needs as we had some family and some friends in for our son’s graduation. The master suite upstairs accommodated 3 women nicely and provided some privacy for them from the rest of the group. The kitchen and common areas worked out well for group gatherings. The super quick access to the beach and the ample supply of “beach toys” made spending time outdoors even better. There is some street noise because of its central location, but nothing overly bothersome. Felipe was very accommodating when we requested additional fans due to some higher than normal temperatures during our time there. He unexpectedly provided a very nice gift for our son’s graduation. We enjoyed our stay!

So close to the ocean!!
We loved the location of the property. It was 1/2 block to the beach. Felipe was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and returned my calls for advice promptly. He had all amenities -- beach chairs, boggie boards, a cooler, towels, etc. It is also walking distance to many restaurants, the pier, etc. The house had great space -- 4 good size bedrooms with great closet space, 3 full bathrooms, and a nice size living room and kitchen area. The only downside was the air conditioning did not work well. We were okay with open windows and the ocean breeze, but it is a little loud with the windows open. Overall, the proximity to the ocean and the great space outweighs any negatives. We would definitely recommend staying there any time of the year!!
