„We stayed at Patrick’s place for two days and can only recommend it. Not only was it cheaper for us than most of the hotels around, it was ideally located to explore Long Island and we had the privacy and space of staying in a local, residential area. The apartment itself was great, much bigger than anticipated, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a comfy bed. We would definitely stay again.“

Interior flight of curved/circular stairs takes you up one flight to door. Maybe tricky for someone with mobility issues. „John’s apartment is lovely. It has the charm of a historical home (hello wide pine floors!) with the comfort and ease of more modern touches where necessary, like the bathroom and kitchen. Super clean and organized. We chose to eat out for every meal as we were only there for the weekend and there are so many great local spots, but the kitchen was large and equipped for whatever you’d like to cook. The only two notes are: The screen door is difficult to lock because of the keypad lock on the door.Also we didn’t realize the apartment was on the second floor which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for future guests.
