You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. • Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund. We hope you and your furry friend enjoy your stay!

• Please note that the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, it is currently closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Great location!
Perfect place to stay and great space! Went to a Pacers game and then walked to the train station the next morning. Our family of four would stay here again. Like others have said, finding the key cafe took a couple of minutes but once we found it the check in process was easy.

Terrible Smells
The place was very close to Lucas Stadium, had lots of restaurants nearby, and seemed to be a safe area. THE BAD: We were on the 3rd floor and when you walked in the hall smelled terrible, like decaying food - nauseating. We were there for 5 days, and it never got better. The smell would creep into the unit. The carpets in the hall were very dirty. Inside the unit, there was an overbearing smell of Febreze. The walls were dirty. The furnishings were sparse and inexpensive. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The kitchen had only a few dishes and cups. Substandard overall.

Great location and price but not a great apartment
Check in was confusing. They call it "key cafe". Its a drop box in the parking garage. Wasn't sure which door to use from the garage. The location is very close to downtown. The 2 pool areas are great. The unit itself was not stocked well.The walls were so thin everything could be heard, needs black out curtains. Seating for 3 in the living space, eating space for 2, and ours could not sleep 6 as advertised. I would stay again but only the husband and I. Not for families.

The apartment is very well decorated and in a very central location, very walkable! It is missing a few basic items such as a cutting board and scissors, and the Roku kept restarting making it hard to watch anything on tv. But aside these minimal things, I would definitely recommend it to friends and stay again

Nice place - check in location not ideal.
Check in was not smooth. The box is not where the Uber drops you off, and they had to remote into the box to unlock it. Not to mention the box is in a elevator lobby with a music speaker playing music way to loud so when I called in for help I had to step outside in the rain to be able to hear the office and give them instructions to remote in. The remote office was very helpful, but it was not as smooth as I would have liked,

Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit to Indy. The accommodations were fine, but we did have a couple of issues. Ice maker in our refrigerator did not work and dumped lots of water everywhere. We woke up in the morning with water on the kitchen floor. Called and notified management company and no one came to address it over the next two days of our stay. Additionally, there really needs to be some additional lighting fixtures or lamps. The couch area (living room) had no lights. Lastly, the overall cleanliness was just average.

Overall we had a great experience and would most likely return. The complex is in a great location, especially if you want to attend professional ball games. The complex is attractive but reminds me of my daughter's college apartment: thin walls and cheap furnishings. The manager of the complex needs to visit this unit as the walls need a coat of paint, the toilet in one of the bathrooms makes an awful noise when flushed, and one of the cabinets under the kitchen sink is broken.

Great Place with a convenient location and FREE Parking in the city!
We had a great time in Indianapolis! The directions for check in were clear and easy to understand. My husband was able to located the key box and get the keys easily. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay! The air conditioning stopped working one day. I messaged the owner and it was fixed before we got back in the evening! I also asked for more bowls as there were only 3 and they delivered more. The apartment is within waking distance to most major attractions in the city! It's about a 25 minute walk to White River Park. There are electric scooters all over town that you can rent using a QR scanner app to get around more quickly too. The apartment was just as pictured. It overlooked a courtyard and was easily accessible from the parking garage or the street. We stayed in the summer and the two pools were very nice! There were about 3 feet deep but that did the trick to keep my kids entertained. They had nice lounge chairs in the water too. The beds were really comfortable! Overall, the apartment was clean but there were some marks on the sheets and pillowcase of one of the beds. Also note that there is no kitchen table....just 2 bar height stools by the sink. We used the desk chairs in the kitchen and made do but it would have been easier with an actual table. Also the kitchen could have been more well stocked with a few mixing bowels, measuring cups, a few more spoons and forks, a larger pot, and larger frying pan. We would definitely stay here again if we were to travel to Indianapolis again. Thank you!
