You'll love this beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom 2,700 sq ft home located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 min from downtown Indy. You may be only  5 minutes from Indianapolis' premier night spots in trendy Broad Ripple, but you can truly feel at home while away from home here.  This home is furnished with new beds, towels, linens, TV's, couches and practically everything else so rest assure everything is in mint condition and in working order for your stay. You'll love the beautiful backyard and NEW private outdoor HOT TUB (Installed winter of 2023), not to mention a cozy living room with SMART TV. This home also comes with some family friendly games and activities plus a fully equipped/stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. The property manager here provides enough essentials to last the entire stay for all reservations, regardless of duration (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, Q-tips, body wash, shampoo, and much more). Great experience
The property is in a nice neighborhood. The information provided prior to our stay was very clear and extremely helpful. The house is nice and was very clean. There are thoughtful touches throughout like labels on doors/drawers, plenty of extra towels and blankets, and the whole house just felt cozy. After spending our time doing touristy things in the city, it was great to come back to a place that was so quiet and comfortable.

Perfect Getaway House
This house was one of the best we have rented! It was clean and very well stocked with literally everything you may need while staying at the house! Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a welcome site after a long day. Loved the arcade games.

Nice, comfy and quiet.
The house was as described. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen very well stocked, rooms great for fun time hanging out with family or friends. Two dining room tables left one for games, the other for food. Beds were comfortable. Master bath shower is a little tight, but we managed. We especially appreciated the fully stocked spices for cooking and coffee. Great stay!

This was my first experience and I was not disappointed. We had a slight hiccup at the beginning of our stay and the owner got right on it and compensated for our inconvenience. The property is well maintained. We had everything we needed! My family enjoyed the jacuzzi and we had a great family cookout! My family raved about how everything was labeled and accessible!!! We had plenty of space to spread out! The property was also very nicely decorated. We used both refrigerators. We were so impressed and thankful. This property owner thought of everything! We are already talking about renting again next year!!

What a Fantastic Blessing for Our Family
We were very blessed and extremely satisfied with everything about out stay in this VRBO home. It is well maintained and certainly was clean and very fully equipped. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the yard was fun for our children who had their first ever hot tub experience! The owner/property manager was ready and willing to help us and was a text or phone call away when needed. This made our attendance at family reunion one we will all remember. Amazing Experience Visiting Family and Friends in North Indianapolis
We had an absolutely amazing time at this lovely location in North Indianapolis while recently visiting our family and friends. We had 6 adults and 6 children and the house could not have been more perfect. The location of the house is wonderful, within 5 minutes driving distance to many local shops, restaurants, activities. The neighborhood was gorgeous and the house was beautifully maintained both inside and out. As soon as we walked in we got a sense of feeling right at home. The home, decor and furnishings were very welcoming and family friendly. There were board games as well as video games in the basement that the kids really enjoyed, basketball hoop outside, and though we did not use the hot tub it was hot, bubbling and ready to use. The house was fully stocked with whatever we needed including plenty of towels, and labels on all of the cabinets for all of the items in the kitchen, bathrooms. The property manager was super nice, very easy to get in touch with and very helpful throughout our stay as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to hopefully staying here again soon in the future. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a nice, cozy, family friendly get away in North Indianapolis, close to food, stores, and other amenities.

Relaxing and fun birthday weekend
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our little girls' birthdays with our friends. The house was set up perfectly for multiple families. Lots of room, plenty of beds and space. We never felt like we were on top of each other, the kids and grown up both had a blast. The kitchen was well stocked, all the linens clean and fluffy and the hot tub was such a nice bonus for the big kids!

Fantastic place for a family visit with plenty of room!
I think this place is actually better than the listing. The ranch home is in a beautiful older area of town that used to be unincorporated with large lots and trees everywhere. Peaceful, quiet safe little roads with quaint homes and even some newer giant ones. Only 10 minutes from various shopping locations, it feels out of the city but close to everything you could want. I actually really liked to different living rooms, we used one for tv and another for puzzles and games with the kids. There are tvs in every room, so if you don’t like what someone is watching, just find another room, even the basement has a great set up! The yard is fully enclosed for any dog you might have, and the hot tub was lovely! A couple of requests for the future renters: make sure the trash receptacle is empty prior to their arrival, ours was completely full when we got there. Although there were extra garbage bags, a few more would’ve been nice. For the kitchen I recommend: a cheese grater, a casserole dish or something deeper for the oven other than the cookie sheets, some sort of vinegar with the oil and seasonings, maybe some ziploc bags or cheap dollar store tubberware for leftover food storage. Lovely place, we will remember it for future stays in the area, and Thank You!

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend close to shopping with a hot tub. This fit the bill! Very clean and well stocked with just about everything you could need. Everything is also labeled for locating things easily. The house is great for a couple, but also has room for a large family or group as well. Great place!
