„Stay was good. But hotel is still under setup. pool was not available though it was mentioned in the amenities. Many amenities are still being setup. reception did not meet 5 star hotel standards. Front desk staff just did not care about the guest who were arriving. We just had to care for ourselves. No special star hotel vibes. Breakdfast was good, here too they were not able to handle the year end crowd “

„The place is a bit far from the main gaths and turistic atraction and a bit hard to reach (has to be by foot). The staff was nice and the AC worked well in the room which was really good, since the rest of the place was pretty warm. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was not separeted from the rest, which leads to the whole bathroom being wet after showering. The mattress was old and had a whole in the center. Breakfast was OK. If you are not searching for too much comfort, this place is good.“

„Colonel's Retreat isn't a fancy hotel with a pool. It's in a safe & quiet residential area and it has a "soul". The rooms are a good size, excellent shower and very comfy bed. The staff are lovely, they even when we had an early train offered a takeaway breakfast. They also organised all our pickups and drop offs very efficiently. „Very calm and quiet place, with eco built houses on trees, nice outdoor, comfortable parking zone, great restoraunt that is also a co-working place and even shop inside! Stuff is very welcome, definitely recomend this place for solo tourists! “
