1. We are a drug free home - no excuses will be accepted and 0 tolerance will be followed.
2. No smoking or vaping inside the homes!
3. We do NOT allow pets in our homes. If you would like to reach out to the host directly, arrangements can be (possibly) made and a pet deposit will be required!
4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am!!!
5. We do NOT allow water balloons in the backyards. If they are found in property, guests will be subject to a fine!
6. Please do NOT tamper with the cameras or pool equipment. If guests have questions please reach out to management!

The Golf Club at Terra Lago has been a top amenity even before the community began constructing houses! It was established in 1998 and played host to the PGA Tour Skins game from 1999 to 2002. The club’s challenging 36-hole course gently snakes through the Chocolate Mountain foothills. The elevation changes, stunning views, and undulating greens make for quite a riveting round of golf. The golf club also features two putting greens, a driving range, and a practice hole.

POOL/SPA:
There is a daily charge of $100/day for pool to heat to 83 degrees. For spa, it is only is $35/day. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 10 mins to heat up. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival, payment can be via Airbnb or another form of payment. If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. Please provide names up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.
PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, they can be parked near the main security gate on 44 Ave. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. Note RV/Camper Vans/Large Passenger and Commercial style vehicles are not allow after 6 pm and on Sunday's. We do not want any inconvenience to you and here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
