Willkommen bei Nomad Estate, diese wunderschön umgestaltete 7-Schlafzimmer-, 6-Badezimmer-Wüstenvilla ist groß genug, um auch die größten Gruppen zu beherbergen, von Familien, Festivalbesuchern oder geschäftlichen Exerzitien. Ein wunderschönes Grundstück von fast 2 Hektar bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich wünschen - privater Pool und Spa, Cabanas, Außenküche, Sprühgeräte, Hängematten und eine passende Grube - es wird sicher Ihr neuer Lieblingsurlaub in der Wüste! Diese wunderschöne Villa verfügt über 3800 Quadratmeter und verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, eine Gourmet-Küche, eine offene Bodenplatte und zwei Casitas.

Im sonnigen Hinterhof umgibt ein üppiger Garten einen einladenden privaten Pool, einen Whirlpool und einen Pool, an dem Sie mindestens 15 Personen faulenzen können. Es gibt 10 Liegestühle zum Entspannen, 2 große Cabanas und 2 Tagesbetten, die alle unter funkelnden Bistro-Lichtern und Sprühnebeln liegen. Die Außenküche befindet sich neben dem Pool und verfügt über einen Außen-TV, Barhocker, Pizzaofen, Eismaschine, Spüle und einen Erdgasgrill. Dazu kommt ein Esstisch für 20 Personen im Freien. Große Rasenflächen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses, eine mit Hängematten, Obstbäumen und eine Feuerstelle mit Sitzgelegenheiten für die kühlen Nächte. Der andere Rasen ist perfekt für Boccia, Hufeisen, die Kleinen oder Ihre pelzigen Freunde, die beide im Nomad Estate willkommen sind!

Treten Sie durch die private Innenhofterrasse ein, die zum offenen großen Raum mit Bartresen, Flatscreen-TV, hohen Holzbalkendecken, Fenstertüren zur Terrasse und einem Erdgaskamin führt. Die Gourmetküche des Hauses verfügt über ein komplettes Sortiment an Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl mit Doppelbackofen, 6-Platten-Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine. Die Kücheninsel verfügt über einen Barhocker für 6 Personen und der Esstisch bietet Platz für 12 Personen.

Die attraktive Master Suite verfügt über ein Cal-Kingsize-Bett, einen HDTV, einen Deckenventilator und private Türen zum Pool und zum Spa. Großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit zusätzlichem Twin-Bett - perfekt für kleine Kinder, die einen privaten Platz benötigen, um ein Nickerchen zu machen. Geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und separater gefliester Dusche.

Suite 2 ist die freistehende Casita im Hinterhof und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen an der Wand montierten HDTV, einen Deckenventilator und einen Reach-In-Schrank. Es gibt auch einen Mini-Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine geflieste Dusche, ein Waschbecken und einen Wasserklosett.
Suite 3 ist die angeschlossene Casita im Vorhof, verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen HD-TV, einen Deckenventilator und einen Reach-In-Schrank. En-suite Badezimmer mit separater gefliester Dusche, Waschbecken und Wasserklosett.

Ideal bedrooms and layout for a large family gathering. Everything needed is supplied. Outstanding large pool and deck. TVs outside, inside and in the rooms. Overall, this place was perfect. The amenities were abundant and the house very accommodating for our large group. One thing, the house needs a little TLC. The photos in the listing are old as the house and surrounding peripherals look weathered. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and will more than likely stay here again next year if available.

Amazing return trip!
We returned to this property for a second stay (after a great trip last year). It was even better than we remembered. Ample space for everyone and for all ages. The kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is fantastic and the little baja shelf is perfect for the younger kids that aren't yet fully comfortable with swimming. Jacuzzi heated up quickly at nights and we were able to use it with the fire pit. So many different areas for people to relax. The property managers are also fantastic -- while we had everything we needed, they were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole rental process perfect. We can't wait to return again next year!

had a great time. great for large groups. overall a great place to stay the property could use some touch ups. some of the main door handles feel like they are ready to fall off. ice maker in the fridge did not work. half of the mister jets were clogged. outdoor shower was finicky. pretty minor issues and wouldnt hesistate to book again

Amazing girls getaway!!!
We are a group of 50+ women who travel and meet once per year to celebrate friendship. This house was absolutely perfect for us and had every amenities we could possibly ask for. The open space was perfect for us to all sit and visit, the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon pool time. Working with the owners was awesome they were quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back!!!!

Great house and amenities for a big group
We had a large group of friends stay at the Nomad Estate and we had an absolute blast. I searched hundreds of properties for just the right size, # of beds, dining space, big living room, and outdoor space to gather...and the Nomad Estate delivered. As others have stated, the home definitely has some wear to it, likely from a busy booking schedule and some of the furniture is different than the photos. The outdoor space and furniture was a bit dust covered, but about what you can expect for the desert. Would take a LONG time to clean everything between rentals, so it was about what I expected, not perfect but not gross. The built in audio system looks like a few too many people have tried to play with it, and we could only get portions of it to work. Definitely would consider coming back with a big group. If I could give half ratings, would get 4.5 stars overall.

This property is very well located, large with lots of amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything you would need. There were 11 of us in the house and we were very comfortable, plenty of room. Really loved the large table inside and out. The Property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Our comments would be the property could use some minor repairs throughout the house, an upgrade to the internet (very spotty) and clearer instructions on working the pool & spa. We think this house is great just needs a little love. Cheers

Overall Positive Stay
We stayed for a weekend to celebrate our Bach trip with a few friends. Overall we had an amazing time. The weather was warmer than expected and we spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Our group of ten was very comfortable in the house. The host was very communicative and answered all our questions leading up to our stay. On the day of arrival we had a hard time finding the attached casita and messaged the host asking where it was as well as if there were any extra blankets. The host didn’t respond until the next day (luckily we did find the attached casita after a few hours) and then was apologetic. The house has aged a bit since the photos were taken, the outdoor furniture is different, some of the vinyl flooring in the primary bedroom is peeling up, and small things were broken (none of the garage doors were working, bar faucet kept dripping, dishwasher works but the drawers kept getting off the track, one guest room shower was very clogged). These are all easy fixes but given the cost of the rental they should be repaired before any guests stay next. They have a range of spices and oils that seem leftover from past guests so keep that in mind if you plan to cook a bunch. They have a puzzle, twister, scrabble and now the card game We’re Not Really Strangers. Overall we would stay here again but would want the hosts to fix some minor issues first!

A Great House for big groups
This is a wonderful house for big groups and very near to the music festival venue and Palm Desert. It has many outdoor activities, pool, hot tub, corn hole, horse shoes (the bocce ball court and horse shoe pit are combined which makes the surface too uneven for bocce and some of the bocce balls were chipped when we arrived), ping pong, large fire pit and several hammocks. The yard features several different type of fruit trees for guest use. It was a wonderful house. The only negative was that one of the smaller bedrooms had not been cleaned very well as it had dust and cobwebs on the floor and wall corners.

Awesome layout of house and property. We had 8 men staying while on a golf trip. So much room, kitchen is great where we all sat around the island after a day of golf for drinks and laughs. Outside grill area is very nice as well. House could use some updating, but minor as house was perfect. We did have a few issues, but sent Susan an email and maintenance was there within the hour to fix……very impressive!! Great property, great owners!!

Wonderful Family Vacation
We loved our stay in the Nomad Estate! It is a huge beautiful house, with plenty of room for our extended family of 12 to spread out. We had my parents, my family of 4 (with 2 adult children), my brother’s family of 4 (with 2 teenagers), and my brother and his wife. My antisocial adult son loved staying in the attached casita, as it has its own separate entrance (tho this wasn’t as much fun when it was raining one day). My semi-antisocial brother and his wife enjoyed the detached casita, again with its own entrance. We made use of the grill, the pizza oven, the pool, the spa, the ping pong table, the corn hole set, and the bocce ball/horse shoe court. We loved that there was a table big enough for us all to eat at together, both inside and outside. We enjoyed cooking together in the well appointed kitchen. It was like staying in our own private resort! We had a few issues while there, nothing major, and Susan was very fast to make everything right. Probably the most responsive host I’ve experienced so far. I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The house was clean, communication was really easy, check in and check out felt really simple, and the hosts were available while still giving us space. Minor things came up with bugs and things over heating, but that’s not anything they can control and part of being in the desert when it’s 110 degrees. The gardeners also came on a different day than specified on the white board in the garage (assumed it was because of the holiday) and it was our last couple hours to enjoy the pool but they kindly waited til we left.

This was a beautiful house in a nice gated neighborhood. It was close to grocery markets and dining options. The house was large and well appointed. Everyone slept comfortably as beds and pillows were comfortable. We had some minor issues with bugs but considering our environment, we knew it was not because the house was not clean but because of the location and being in the desert. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing property!
The house had everything you could ask for. We traveled with a group of four families. There was plenty of space for everyone, yet open concept enough where we could watch the kids play and enjoy the common space. The pool was fantastic and the spa heated up quickly for night use. The owners were extremely responsive, including sending us more paper towels and other items we requested. We spent the whole trip at the property and cooked, and the kitchen had everything we could need. We will be coming back for sure!
