Pueblo Viejo is a spacious and stylish home for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the California desert.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living space, featuring high ceilings, tasteful furnishings, and plenty of natural light. The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable seating and smart TVs in all the bedrooms for your entertainment. Find the comforts of home in our fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of pantry space.

The bedrooms are spacious and inviting featuring comfortable king size beds for every room with microfiber linens and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom offers a designated workspace and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The secondary master bedroom located on the opposite side of the home also features an en-suite bathroom and guest suite. There is a guest suite in between the living room and master bedroom that can be used as a sitting area or optional 5th bedroom. The sitting area can be converted into a comfortable pull-out queen sleeper with the ability to close the sliding partition between the living room and secondary master.

But the real star of the show is the outdoor space. Step outside onto the expansive patio and you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and desert landscape. There's plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and dining al fresco, as well as a large BBQ island with new stainless steel grill for those who love to cook outdoors. When you're ready to cool off, take a dip in the sparkling pool or relax in the bubbling hot tub. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring all that Bermuda Dunes has to offer.

This home accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a bonus room. Additional spaces include a living room, dining room, laundry room, additional seating area, and a 2-car garage.
We provide a starter kit for your stay. This includes towels for the amount of guests allowed at the home, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Further needed items must be purchased yourself.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.

Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. 50% of there payment is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront. We cannot change the payment terms and we cannot hold dates without payment.

Security Deposit: There is a $750 security deposit placed on the credit card on file as a pre-authorized hold. This is not a charge, but only a hold on the credit card. Pre-authorized hold is released 3 days after checkout provided there are no costs for which renter is responsible for such as: code compliances fines; missing or damaged linens, towels and small appliances; and costs not covered by our Safely insurance waiver. Renter hereby grants consent for Manager to charge Renter’s Card for any of the above damages or costs.

Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is not allowed outside at anytime of day. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which all noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from the Helios team of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $1000 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.


Cancellations: On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.

Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.

The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 10–14 and April 17–21, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 24–28, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.

1. No parties or events are allowed.

2. As per the City of Bermuda Dunes Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line.

3. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in.

4. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

6. No pets are allowed under any circumstances. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any presence or evidence of pets on the premises.

7. No more than 6 vehicles allowed.

8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.

9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 10–14 and April 17–21, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 24–28, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.

Great Location for Tennis
House was in a great location close to tennis venue. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for a group of friends to enjoy. Very clean and checking in/out was a breeze. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi we paid to have heated never got warm enough for us to use. Despite that small hiccup we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying at this property.

I just want to emphasize that this place is really a vacation away from home. It’s everything you could imagine and more from the stunning property to the very easy communication with the property management and their helpfulness. There’s nothing you can want more. I do want to also emphasize that they thought about everything when it came to a rental property Down to the most Comfortable bedsheets and beds We travel to the desert often and this has to be hands-down one of my best trips and most memorable because of this process and this home!!! thank you so much for allowing us to rent this home and you won’t regret it if you do believe me!!!! Beautiful and stylish home
We had a great time staying at this property. High sealing, specious and comfortable. I wish there were umbrellas to have more shade by the pool. Also, it's a 4 bedroom house not 5 bedroom. It's a space between the leaving room and bedroom that has a sofa which turns to a bed but it's not a bedroom. I would highly recommend this property, it's lovely, it's clean and stylish.

So great!
I loved this property. I would definitely stay here again. It even seemed larger than pictured. The ceilings are incredibly high to give it a very open feel. It fit 5 adults very comfortably. The backyard and pool are amazing. My only low star was with the communication. I texted the number they provided for issues/questions but I never received a response. Otherwise 5 stars!
