Starlight Estate is a sprawling ranch-style mansion with eight bedrooms and an unbeatable array of amenities. If you're looking for a way to accommodate and impress your group during your time in Coachella Valley, you've found it here. This home is one of the only in the area to feature a private, indoor tennis court with air conditioning, so you can enjoy a game no matter how warm it is outside. And when it's time to refresh, the luxurious pool area sets the scene with waterfalls, plenty of loungers, and a jetted hot tub. Behind that, a covered lounge area with an outdoor dining table, ceiling fans, and a TV lets you dine al fresco while taking in desert views. Or, opt to whip up a cocktail and sit at the bar and grilling area or additional terrace beyond.

Inside, the earthy interior boasts unique architectural details — from warm tiled flooring to arched doorways. A huge dining table and barstools at the marble island allow plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal at once. And with a massive double fridge, you'll have no trouble storing everything you need to satisfy your group. *Home Truths:*
- Please note that we require a security deposit of $1500 which will be collected after the booking has been made.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9 pm - 8 am (Sun - Thurs) or 10 pm to 8 am (Fri - Sat)
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The tennis court has AC.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- Please be advised that asphalt repairs, including chip-sealing and curb/sidewalk restructuring, are taking place in Bermuda Dunes by Riverside County between now and December 30th. The impact should be minimal, but navigation may be difficult at times. Avoid driving on wet tar as it may splash onto your vehicle.

Parking Details:
A maximum of 30 plus cars can park onsite.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

An incredible property but a few things to make it even better
We had a wonderful stay at the property!! Here are a few thoughts that would make the property and experience even better: 1. Change the main gate to the property. I saw somebody else make a similar comment on the reviews. The awkward, rusty pink gate does a significant disservice to the property. 2. The main door to the house could be stronger/firmer. A couple of years ago, we stayed at another one of your properties in Temecula, which was gorgeous. And the grandiosity of the door, believe it or not, actually makes quite a difference, at least as far as the "wow" factor is concerned. 3. There’s a lot of junk outside the fence on the right side of the property. We happen to walk through that area. Just clearing that area up would make the property feel more cared for and truly high-end. 4. The bulb globe string lights on the outside dining area weren't working. 5. The pool table, which we used as a poker table, had tiny bits of glass on it. I wonder if somebody shattered glass on that table in the past and it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned up. We also felt some tiny bit of glass underneath the pool table. 6. If you could set up a portable basketball hoop on the tennis court, it would be perfect. Our entire group plays basketball, but none of us play tennis, so we can’t take advantage of that entire building. We truly enjoyed our stay at your property. We believe that addressing the points mentioned above would make the property near perfect. We def plan to return.

Another wonderful visit
This is our second time renting this property for a work summit. The property is beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of sleeping and bedroom accommodations, and lots of games and entertainment available for downtime. Definitely recommend this location for larger groups. And if you have a chef in your group, the kitchen is wonderful for cooking your own meals - lots of ovens, sinks, and dishwashers to go around! WiFi was much better on this visit than our last, but the connection was still spotty outside and in some parts of the house. A mesh network could alleviate this issue, hoping that the internet will continue to improve on future visits. Finally, the AvantStay customer service was exceptional. We had a few issues here and there, and they were resolved very quickly - a service person was on the property to work on a backed up dishwasher the next day. A wonderful visit overall!

Even better than expected!
I rented this for a long weekend for a group of 20 women. We have been getting together every fall for 28 years. I have rented several places over the years and this house was the best! Very spacious, it had everything you could need and more. Their response for any questions or needs were addressed promptly. I highly recommend this beautiful house.

Clean and Comfortable
This property is large and kept very clean and organized. It was probably a bit too large for our needs but there was plenty to do for adults and kids. The house was a bit on the older side and could use some updating to the interior and exterior, door and gate. We drove up and were initially a little worried because the pictures on the website didn’t capture the front of the house and I’m guessing that is purposeful since it needs to be refreshed. All in and all once we got passed that part, we enjoyed our time ans wished we had been able to stay another night.
