„Schöne Unterkunft. Leider hat man mir am Flughafen den Transfer versagt, da ich diesen nicht gebucht hatte und musste stattdessen ein Taxi nehmen, obwohl der Bus nicht voll war. Das Personal war ansonsten sehr freundlich. Das Personal im Wellnessbereich hingegen etwas genervt und ich habe mich wie ein Störer gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Das WiFi war leider nicht kostenlos. Alles in allem war ich zufrieden “

„diese Resort hat seinen Zenit deutlich überschritten. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sicher muss man Abstriche machen wenn mann auf solche Inseln fährt, doch bezahlt man hier für einen Aufenthalt viel zu viel. Für uns war es zu laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Wasser und die Geräuschkulisse des nicht weit entfernten Port Vila ist nicht zu überhören. Die feiernden einheimischen Jugendlichen waren bis morgens um 5 nicht zu überhören! Der komplett eingebaute Kühlschrank (ohne Belüftung ...

„Essen ist gnadenlos überteuert und geringe Menge. Können Paradise Cove Restaurant nebenan sehr empfehlen. Frühstück ist etwas mau, nur ein Gericht bestellbar. Facillity bräuchte mal etwas Renovierung und liebe im Detail. Internet nur am beach vorne. In Unterkünften gibts nichts. Pool war während dem Aufenthalt nicht gepfegt. Meer ist grandios zum Schnorcheln unbedingt eigenes Equipment mitnehmen damit man auch Spass am Schnorcheln hat.“

„The location and the view from the Hotel is just awesome. The apartment itself with two floors and a private pool is stunning. But I have to say, that you feel, that the apartments are a bit older and could get a little renovation. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant service is not the best. There was not one day, we received what we ordered. For instance, you order juice without ice, it comes with ice, you order soy milk - you get normal milk and so ...

„No hot water the first night, very old room, noisy, poor quality breakfast, not good value for money, front gate and reception close at 9PM so unable to access the carpark after that time.“

„We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. The staff were absolutely amazing my 3 year old loved the attention from all the staff from his babycino in the mornings to his daily catch ups with William ...

„Our accommodation at Waves at Surfside was beautiful! The room view was perfect & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. We loved the private pool, the villa was very clean upon arrival & had anything we may have needed. I’d absolutely recommend the stay to others! “
