Our home is designed for families or small groups of adults. Bookings for large groups of adults will be declined. Parties, loud music, and smoking are NOT allowed.

Fully fenced, secure backyard with large grassed area for the kids to play and a fire pit.

Large split system in the living area for heating/cooling. Desk fans and small heaters in bedrooms.

**** To keep costs down for guests, we DO NOT provide towels and linen (e.g. bed sheets, doona covers, and pillowcases), so please bring these with you. Alternatively, you can arrange for towels and linen to be provided by South Coast Laundry Services (southcoastlaundryservices.com.au). We DO provide mattress protectors, doonas, pillows, and tea towels. ***
