„This was exactly what we wanted. Super close to downtown but really quiet in a pretty neighborhood. I’m a “clean freak” and this place was super clean. I didn’t have to clean before moving in! 😊 I really appreciated the easy access to extra supplies like blankets, towels, tp, etc. They were washed, soft, and in plentiful supply. Check in and out was easy. Blake, the host, was super helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Hope it’s warmer on our next visit so we can use the porches. “

„Our family gathered together with their families at this beautiful house in the woods of Iowa City. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, we were wonderfully surprised by the well stocked items in the kitchen and availability to use and enjoy everything that was inside for us use as well. Then outside.. ponds trees and to be able to walk about and enjoy all the surrounding areas! The host was very accommodating to us as well!“

„Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities.
