In addition to our prime location for Hawkeye football and tailgating we are also walking distance to the University of Iowa Hospital and an easy drive or ~25 minute walk to downtown Iowa City.

We have thought of all your basic needs providing kitchen essentials, towels, bedding, hair dryer, shampoo, hand soap, and starter paper goods.

HOUSE RULES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You will have access to the main floor of the house. The basement and garage are NOT meant for guest access. Do not go into the basement or garage.

We love a good party but you must quiet things down by 10 PM. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighborhood and neighbors.

1. Place all dirty towels in the laundry basket located in the hallway closet. We will take care of the bedding.
2. Place all dirty or used dishes in the dishwasher, NO NEED TO START DISHWASHER
3. Please clean up any messes
