„Der Check in war unkompliziert. Bei der Ankunft brannte bereits der Kamin und das Haus war gemütlich warm. Wir fühlten uns hier gleich sehr wohl. Die Lage ist traumhaft und sehr ruhig. “

„The house was clean and equipped and located in the country. Found a fan in the closet which helped one of the bedrooms circulate air since no A/C in most Ireland homes. It would be a great addition if most homes offered fans. Ireland is having a hot past couple of weeks and it’s been tough falling asleep when it’s hot and not much breeze coming through the windows. Overall a nice place to stay.“

„We used this as our "Home Base" for our trip and it worked out perfectly. Dave and Sue are amazing hosts and go above and beyond for their guests. We will definately be back:)“

„Lovely character cottage and lovely host. We didn't get any check-in instructions but our host popped out to greet us when we arrived (late) and showed us quickly around so it was no problem. Very well equipped which made for a relaxed stay.“

„Bathrooms were tiny, had no mirrors and hot water did not work in one. Remote for one tv did not work. Lighting was poor in kitchen and dining room. Pull on one drawer was broken. Exposed wires in dining room. Cushions did not fit in living room. Needed better instructions for stove.“

„Das Haus, hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist abgelegen und ruhig. Man Läuft ca 15 min, bis zum Strand. Man ist direkt an einem großen Fluss, wo man sehr schön Ebbe und Flut bewundern kann. Man sollte sich ein Fahrzeug mieten, da es in der Nähe kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt (mind 3km entfernt). Das Ein- und Auschecken, lief flüssig ohne Probleme. Die Einrichtung ist schon ein bisschen älter, aber voll in Ordnung. Der Garten und groß und kann man gut nutzen.“

„House was spotless, cosy and warm. The owner thought of little things you may forget to bring with you, condiments, cleaning stuff ect. The house location is perfect, half way between Keem beach and Achill sound where you enter on to the Island. We had such a nice time there and hope to return next summer when the weather is better. “

„Such a quiet and cosy place. In 20 minutes you are at New Ross. Very charming cottage. Bedding comfortable, convenient bathroom. Nice little garden, well equipped kitchen with all equipment you could think about.“

„Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might ...

„Perfect location at the northernmost point of the Burren, a great starting point for excursions. The house has everything you need, a beautiful setting, and maximum peace and quiet! Very friendly, accommodating host! Wonderful vacation, we'd love to come back!“
