„We were there to take care of some final details after the death of a relative. The house was very comfortable, great location to our relative’s home and very close to great eating options. There had been a water issue at the plant so the town was under a boil order, our host was most accommodating making sure we had plenty of bottled water to make our stay stressless. Thank you for a calm, comfortable place to stay while we dealt with family matters.“

„Lovely cabin. Decorated simply and welcoming. Upper loft was loved by our 15 year old. Plenty of room for three of us. Seating was perfect on front porch and around the fire pit- chairs were in perfect, new condition. The kitchen was very clean. Refrigerator was clean and empty. Keurig k-cup and drip coffee pot. “

„Our family of 4 stayed two nights so we could hike Elephant Rocks and Johnson's Shut-Ins. Cute little house, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Had warm weather and really enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the front porch for morning coffee. We did discovered that being in town in March, Tuesday-Thursday, meant many businesses were not open. Checo's Mexican, Arcadia Valley Coffee, and the The Iron Mule were all delightful, and we are food/coffee snobs from Chicago :-)“

„We enjoyed the property very much. It was nice and cozy and conveniently located close to Elephant Rocks and Johnson Shut Ins. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay at this property again. We were in town for a family girls trip and it suited us well.“

„Hosts were great. As we were getting in there was a major storm hitting the area. Hosts met us as we got there and offered us a safe place to stay if we needed ( thankfully we didn’t). Great place to stay while we hiked in the area. And a great match of pickle ball. And can’t forget a great latte and matcha “

„We had an incredible stay very close to the Mark Twain National Forest! The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated right on the St. Francis River, making it an ideal spot. We loved hiking and swimming in the nearby shut-ins (it was warm enough in March!). The peacefulness of the area was exactly what we were looking for. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with beautiful surroundings, this is the perfect place. We would definitely stay here again!“

„This is the perfect place for a girl’s trip or family getaway! The property is gorgeous with lots of room for outdoor activities. If the weather doesn’t permit, the house is spacious and filled with activities such as board games, instruments if your family or friends are musically inclined, books, and television.
