"Die Unterkunft ist toll, man hat wirklich alles, was man auf dieser Insel braucht, auch wenn es keinen (Kühl-)Schrank und nur sehr schlechtes Wlan gibt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar, das Bett war superbequem, die Gartenanlage ist üppig und hübsch angelegt, der Empfang war herzlich um 21:00. Beide Poolanlagen sind erfrischend und sauber. Wir haben uns auch andere Unterkünfte in der Nähe angesehen, diese sind preislich deutlich höher, sprachen uns aber keineswegs mehr an. Wir hatten Meerblick gebucht und bekommen, wir würden wieder hier buchen, das Hotel passt gut zu einer Reise nach Holbox, es gibt keinen Luxus, aber es ist trotzdem alles nötige da."

"809;4-10 Mar 24. Overall, we felt comfortable at this hotel. It wasn't overcrowded as it wasn't peak tourist season. The food at Hotel Villas Paraisos was always very good, thanks to the great Chef Abenamar. However, on weekends, we had to dine twice at the sister hotel Palapas, where the food was nowhere near as good. Additionally, we felt less welcomed there. The head chef was also not as friendly, even bordering on rude. Nonetheless, we were relieved when we could dine again at the restaurant in our hotel, Paraisos del Mar. We did bring up some issues at the hotel, which were quickly resolved. We've also managed to forget about an extremely unfriendly incident involving a waitress and our child."

"we had the Bamboo Master Suite. The room is fantastic, highlight is the rainforest shower that also has a great orange led light setting. The roof top is nicely done with a 2x1 meter pool that can be heated at night. Flaw is that there´s no sunshade so at noon you literally get fried there. Can´t be that hard to install a shade in my opinion. Also the heater in the whirlpool wasn´t working. I told the service at the reception twice, they had mechanics working on it and told us it´s fixed but it wasn´t. We just gave up after telling them the 2nd time it´s not working since the water is still kind of warm but still, for the price they´re asking ( $550USD per night) you expect things to work. Breakfast was fantastic, the dinner is quite fancy and didn´t match our taste, but taste is a personal thing and others will probably like the food a lot. "
