This five star lakefront luxury cabin is located just 16 miles west of West Yellowstone, MT, the gateway to Yellowstone National Park. It is set on Henry's Lake, a fishermen's heaven approximately 2 miles south the Continental Divide along the Montana state line. Make this restful spot your next Rocky Mountain vacation adventure!

The property features sweeping views of Henry's Lake and the Sawtell mountain range as a backdrop. The 2852 square-foot floor plan offers top of the line amenities, including beautiful gourmet kitchen, gas stove fireplace, master suite with wet bar, and much more. The home currently sleeps up to 12 with five bedrooms all with queen beds in addition to a set of bunk beds. There are three full baths with the master bath and upstairs bath as tiled walk-in showers, the main hall bath has a full shower/tub combination. The upstairs includes a family game room, with a bumper pool table and air hockey

The family room offers a knotty pine cathedral ceiling with a cozy gas fireplace with a rock back setting. The gourmet kitchen features a 6 foot bar with seating, which makes the perfect setting for entertaining, cooking, dining or just relaxing. The dining area has a large dining table and is surrounded by large windows framing unforgettable lake and mountain views. All the furnishing are newly updated and tastefully coordinated.

Guest can enjoy their favorite streaming service(s) on our smart TV. Please note, you will need to log in with your own account credentials. Don't forget to log out before you leave!

Taking it outside! You will love the large back deck as the perfect al fresco dining setting with Henry's Lake in the background. Adding to your outdoor ambience experience is a beautiful flagstone walkway leading to a massive gas fire pit built from natural stone for your pleasure and enjoyment. The ideal setting to sit back and relax to take in the sunset, enjoy a glass of wine, make S'Mores, as you bask in the spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding mountains of the Continental Divide.

The West Yellowstone area offers fun for the whole family including Yellowstone Historic Center, antique shops, the Grizzly Discovery Center, the Imax Theater featuring daily showings. Available during the summer months, the Museum of the Yellowstone and the famous Playmill Theater offer fun-filled recreation for kids as well as adults.

The cabin is only 20 minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park! Choose a guided tour of Yellowstone National Park or you can experience this natural wonder on your own schedule. There is plenty to do: world-class fly-fishing, hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, white water rafting, kayaking, bird and wildlife viewing, boating, water skiing, shopping and sightseeing, just to name a few. West Yellowstone and the surrounding area offers a multitude of dining possibilities.

Winter activities can be enjoyed right out the front door too! You can snowmobile from Henry's Lake and connect to over 500 miles of groomed trails in the area. Other winter activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding and ice fishing, all of which are available close by.

Remember, the entrance to Yellowstone National Park is only 20 miles away! Whether you choose to go on a snowcoach tour or take a guided snowmobile trip, you will love Island Park and Yellowstone in winter! (Available from mid-December to the first part of March.) Cross country skiing can be enjoyed on the Rendezvous Ski Trails in West Yellowstone, offering over 35 kilometers of winding groomed trails that meander through the pristine Gallatin National Forest. Fifty miles north to Big Sky, MT, the best of Rocky Mountain downhill skiing is offered at two different resorts: Big Sky, and Moonlight Basin.

The lake cabin provides a comfortable home base with many recreational opportunities for your Yellowstone adventure. Spectacular Ice Fishing!
My family and I wanted a house on the lake to ice fish for the first time, this was the perfect spot! Beautiful view and home. The house was clean, large, comfortable, cozy with all the amenities needed for a terrific vacation. There was something for everyone to do including lots of board games, movies, and hot tub. We caught 6 fish right out back in two days on the lake and even BBQed them for dinner on the large grill. We will be back for sure, the home was amazing!

Amazing Views Lake House
What can I say, the views from this property are beautiful! The house was perfectly appointed for our family of 10 staying to explore Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. We cooked all breakfasts and several dinners were grilled out on the deck. Made lunches and brought them with us for our hiking adventures. The deck with multiple gas fired firepits made spending time outside enjoyable. The hot tub came in real handy after those long hiking days. The house itself was clean and set up for large groups. Duel hot water heaters meant we could all shower one right after the other and never run out of hot water (a huge plus with a large group). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals and supplies like paper towels and toilet paper were plentiful. Being less than 20 minutes from West Yellowstone town and the National Park made time away from the home convenient. The town has lots of places to eat and made our travels to Yellowstone park easy and frequent. If you’re considering a stay during the summer months, I’d suggest getting/bringing bug spray as it can be a bit annoying relaxing on the deck with mosquitos circulating. Also, there is no A/C but it cools off at night but you have to leave the windows open for awhile to cool the place down. We went during a heat wave so that might not be the norm. We’re from Florida so it was ok for us. portable fans would solve both issues If we were to go back, I’d definitely try to book this house again!

Surrounded by Amazing scenery!
The house is comfortable, nicely appointed, and clean. Our family of 9 had a great time! The surrounding scenery from the lake, snow capped mountains, to the 3 Moose who visited the backyard (Mother and 2 one year old calves) made the stay AMAZING! Great location to visit Yellowstone! We also loved Mesa Falls!

Memorable stay
We had a family group of 9: myself (grandfather celebrating his 80th), 2 children and spouses (4), grandchildren (3), and my sister, age 73. This was a perfect house for us, clean, well provided, wonderfully situated, private. We used the house as a base for trips into the Park and a place we could all relax after a long day. We used most of the features, including hot tub, outside grill, TV, appliances, etc. Owner was very responsive, especially when our battery-operated front door lock had problems. That was quickly fixed. Our thanks to him for providing us a great place to celebrate.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was thought out. There is a nice playroom upstairs with air hockey, game table and tvs have dvd players. My wife and four kids (7,9,10,13)along with two other family members stayed here for eight days. First off Rands communication was the best we’ve experienced staying in many vrbo rentals. Problems arise but he was in front of them and in communication the entire time. The house is great! Best stocked kitchen we’ve experienced, being I’ve the holidays did quite a bit of cooking and made the endeavor much easier. Upstairs was great for the kids. Large dining room table was awesome for dinners and games at night. Great location just over the pass from West Yellowstone. Could frankly go on and on but have no reservations in taking a family of ten and being completely comfortable here. Will definitely stay again when in this part of country. Thanks Rand!!

We stayed at Rand’s property over Labor Day weekend. The location is amazing and pictures do not do it justice. There was enough space for our group of 10 to spread out. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the hot tub is amazing after a long day of hiking. We will be back for sure!

Easy access to West Yellowstone. we had 2 days in Yellowstone (different loops), another (very full) day: drive through the Grand Tetons to Jackson for whitewater rafting & rodeo evening. The house had everything (& more) that we could enjoy. the neighborhood was quaint & extremely nice neighbors. We had one full day at the house to enjoy the kayaks, lake & relax. we still could've used another day of just R&R, because it was very peaceful. with our Yellowstone days we were busy driving & seeing lots of sights/wildlife, etc. Very enjoyable stay! Loved the beautiful deck & views. Great location. (the only problem we had was the door key code never seemed to work very easily, but we got in after multiple tries)

Perfect Vacation Neat West Yellowstone
I took my family to Yellowstone and stayed at this beautiful lake house. It has EVERYTHONG we needed. Amazing view of Henrys lake... great bedrooms... well appointed kitchen... hot tub... fire pits (one gas and one wood) ... gas grill and rwo kayaks to explore the lake. The owners were so helpful and even came out to say hello and see how we were doing. I would highly recommend this rental for any family seeking to visit Yellowstone!
