Perfect House for Snowmobiling

This house is beautiful. We had 23 people and 21 snowmobiles. Plenty of parking and there is a snowmobile trail across the street. We easy rode to Two Tops, Mesa Falls and on miles of beautiful trails. Hot tub was fabulous after riding. Plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend this house.

Wonderful space

This is a wonderful house for a large group! It was very clean and we liked the location. It was missing quite a few little details, but the property manager was super responsive and worked out all the kinks right away for us. We would stay here again.

Large gathering oasis

This place was excellent for large family/friend gatherings. The location to Island Park Reservoir made for a ton of fun. There was everything we needed for cooking with all the comforts of home. We had 4 different families that stayed here together and everyone had their own place. The number of bathrooms made for an excellent bonus and we never ran out of hot water even after multiple people showered back to back. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and plenty of room for a family

The location was great. Loved having gathering spaces to all be together and play games. Some of the blinds were broken. Would have been nice to have a dust pan. When we arrived at 5:40 the cleaners were still making beds and needed to do a little vacuuming Loved having 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms. Beds were pretty comfortable pillows were a little hard. Overall it was pretty clean Some of the windows had missing screens or tears so we couldn’t leave them open to get air movement when we were home. We did enjoy the home and had a great time. Would rent again. Just thought you should know about those few things so they could be fixed.

Great house for group of snowmobilers

We really enjoyed staying at this home while snowmobiling. The home was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was fantastic! Beds were comfortable as well. Having the three separate living areas and 2 large dining tables really helped at meal time and with entertainment during the evening with games and such. We look forward to staying here again. In the days leading up to our stay, a significant amount of snow fell, and the host was kind enough to contact and ask what time we would be arriving exactly day of so that they could make sure the driveway was plowed right before we arrived. That was very thoughtful. If I had just one small request that could be an improvement it would be to have your snow removal crew widen the entrances to the driveway while snowblowing. While possible to get a two place or four place trailer into the parking area, we needed to hand shovel wider entrances to get longer six place goose neck trailers into the driveway. Thankfully, we had a couple of teenage boys with us to put to work doing that! Once we got into the parking area, there was ample room for multiple vehicles/trailers. Thanks for hosting!

Mountain cabin retreat

The cabin is a short walk from the lake and a short drive to the West Yellowstone entrance to Yellowstone. It was large enough to hold my large extended family very comfortably and very beautiful. All three of the bottom floor bedrooms, one of which I stayed, had attached bathrooms that were a perfect size with large deep bathtubs with showers. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware for the large group. It also had pots, pans, utensils, to make any type of meal. The living room was very large and held our group nicely. The only complaints are minor. When we arrived the pool guy was there treating the hot tub but it was still dirty and the filter needed cleaned. Also, in the lower bedrooms you could hear chairs scraped on the floor and footsteps, both from the kitchen upstairs. This cabin was a very luxurious and comfortable place to stay while wanting to spend time in Yellowstone.

Perfect Family Reunion

We just had a family reunion with 23 people and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The house is only about five minutes walk from the lake and the boat ramp and dock are about a 30 second drive. Lots of parking space, plus room for our boat and trailers. The tables out on the deck are a great place to eat and look at the amazing view. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. I think a little sprucing up (some new shower curtains, towels, bath mats, and replacing the carpet), would make this even better. It's an easy drive to Yellowstone for a fun day at the park. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to other families and groups.

We were very pleased with the residence except that the extra beds in the closet [foldout beds] were without sheets. When we requested them, we were brought duvet covers instead. We never got the sheets. Everything else was great.

Winter family trip

The cabin was beautiful. Spacious yet very cozy, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms nice with all the basics, the port a cribs were a plus. The extra fridge was a necessity and the three family rooms perfect for the different age groups and adults. TVs for the most part worked. A few would not register. All ages had a wonderful time.

Fun in Island Park

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Lots of space and fun activities. Close to Yellowstone and a nearby lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunset walks in the neighborhood. The 2 refrigerators was a great bonus as well as the roll away beds. We would be happy to stay here again.

Definitely a must!!

We fully enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean, plenty of towels and lots of nearby activities horseback riding, canoeing ect. Views from the property are beautiful and a short drive to Yellowstone.
