„We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and ...

„Es ist ein nettes kleines Hotel mit komfortablen Zimmern. Das Frühstücks Buffet war am ersten Tag sehr komplett, doch von Tag zu Tag wurden immer weniger Sachen aufgetischt bzw nicht nachgebracht, da es auch weniger Leute waren. Doch auch bei weniger Besetzung sollte das Buffet komplett sein.“

„It was really nice that it is only 6 months open. We were right below the motors that heat up the pools, so we had a loud first night. The staff was nice, but in the pool we waited a long time to receive the food we ordered, especially at night. “

„We had a good experience at this resort. The food was good, buffet dinner options changed daily. The reserved restaurant dinners we tried were delicious from appetizer, main course, to dessert. Pools were nice and warm. Beach was nice. The best drinks came from the beach bar. Only down side is if you are sharing the suite with others the bathroom/shower doors are a bit see through so that was a bit of a struggle. Overall we hada very good experience at this resort.“

Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "
