"The rooms were as stated however the main double bedroom is actually next to the sitting /dining/kitchen area of another apartment and the people partied til 1am. There needs to be either some sound proofing or movement of the rooms so that one group is not disturbed by another."

"Gite des acacias is only 10min drive from the airport in a quiet area. There is no phone reception there, but Wifi is available. We took the diner option and were offered a traditional creole dinner. Given that the best area to go and have diner is Mahebourg, about 20min drive, it is better to go for the dinner at theirs. "Ideal short stay for us, wanting to be close to the Mahebourg area. Quiet area, with the occasional mosque chanting that added to the cultural aspect of the area. House was spacious, and we made use of the large verandah during most of our stay which overlooked the garden. Hosts were very welcoming, and attentive. Happy to recommend"

"Cannot fault the staff and service. As a small hotel there was only one restaurant, however was a really good selection. Public transport from the hotel was non existent, however taxis were readily available, and no shops or restaurants etc near by. A small town wasn’t far away in a taxi. I appreciate this ain’t the fault of the hotel! "
