„This was just great, in every regard. Bute is such a lovely island with a very specific charm (in architecture, landscape, history ...), and the people we met were overwhelmingly friendly and so pleasingly laid-back. „The apartment was located in central location - close to all restaurants, bars and the beach. However the apartment was located in a very industrial area. From the outset, the apartment looked good however the bathrooms were not cleaned, the living area were not vacuumed properly as there were crisp crumbs everywhere and when it rain the roof leaked in the middle of the living room. Very poor experience and never to book again.“

„We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time.“

„A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.“

„Though we didn't have a pet, it seemed very dog friendly, food and water dishes, secure garden etc. Host was helpful and friendly, comfy cottage, well equipped kitchen and really comfy beds. Small private sitting area as well as garden .A small , but steep incline on road up to location, if you have walking difficulties .We are In our 70s and was fine. “
