Oceanfront Condo !! Dies ist eine zweite Etage Eigentumswohnung mit eigenem, Ocean Front Balkon und voll ausgestattete Küche. Es befindet sich in Gebäude C (das am weitesten vom Pier entfernte Gebäude) und ist ein END-EINHEIT! Dies ist das attraktivste Merkmal, weil Sie vom Balkon aus direkt auf den Strand schauen !! Diese Wohnung wurde auch mit einem Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer und einem Fernseher im Schlafzimmer aufgewertet. Diese Wohnung wurde im März 2015 renoviert, um Küchen-Upgrades, neue Fußböden, Möbel, etc. zu enthalten. WLAN ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Die Sea Cabins teilen sich einen Gemeinschaftspool, eine Wäscherei und haben Zugang zu einem Private Fishing Pier. Direkt am Ocean Blvd gelegen, ist dies eine großartige Lage zu Fuß zu lokalen Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem County Park! Die Sea Cabin Condominiums bestehen aus einem Komplex mit drei Gebäuden, von denen alle über einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand verfügen. Dies ist auch das einzige bewachte Gebiet auf der Insel
                        ALLE BETTLEDER, KÜCHENTÜCHER UND BADETUCH-SETS SIND FÜR IHREN KOMFORT GEEIGNET !! Sie müssen nur Badetücher, Stühle, Fahrräder, Regenschirme usw. mitbringen oder planen. Ebenfalls enthalten ist ein Starter Set Toilettenartikel wie Toilettenpapier, Bad / Geschirr Seifen, Papierhandtücher, etc. aber bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie wahrscheinlich diese Gegenstände nach Ihrer ersten Ankunft kaufen müssen.

Location , location. Perfect spot at the Isle of Palms. Comfy beds, decent property. Bare bones, bring everything from coffee to any other basic necessities. They did have "starter" packs, including PT, TP and cleaning materials. No beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Prepare to rent or buy. Check out is a hard 10am. Other than those things, very nice property with a fantastic view. Try to rent 2nd floor or above to get the view.

Great Location
We loved this end unit that had a great view of the entire beach! We did have trouble with the code to open our door not working upon check-in. But I was able to call the office and it was opened remotely with no more trouble after that. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the detailed emails regarding check-out procedures such as what to do with the garbage, used towels, and sheets.

Communication with the rental company was great. The condo was right on the corner so you have views of the ocean everywhere you look. Pool area was nice. Loved the fishing pier. We saw some large ships and surfers from the balcony. We will be back !

A fantastic vacation awaits!
Best unit on the property! Great view. Everything is clean and the plumbing works very well. This is our second time staying here and we love it. The kitchen is modern and clean and has a good set of dishes and cookware for us. Highly recommend! Also the realty office who manages the property sends out very concise and useful emails ahead of the stay to explain checkin, getting around on the property and checkout. The neighborhood coin laundry is clean and works well. We did several loads of laundry and appreciated that it was available. Walking to great restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. We found this to be a perfect place for our vacation.

Great location and nice place
The condo was clean and set up when we got there. Had a little trouble with the access code on check-in, but Carroll Realty got it fixed quickly. Plenty of room with a bedroom, two bunk beds and a couch pullout bed. Easy walk to the beach, plenty of linens and towels.

This was the perfect spot to watch the water all day!! The unit smelled so clean upon arrival and was perfect to walk to the beach and to many restaurants. We spent most of our time on the balcony just relaxing and watching the ocean.

We stayed in one of the Sea Cabins. Great location, right on the beach, and walkable to lots of restaurants, a seafood market and the grocery store. The company was very easy to work with. Pro tip - if you like to cook, bring your own knife for chopping things. That’s my only complaint: all the knives were so dull. But overall, a great experience.

Great vacation awaits
This is one of the best units at Sea Cabins! It is an end unit, so it has a fantastic view of the ocean. The check-in process was easy; we picked up a packet that had the door and needed access codes. This unit has everything we needed. The queen size bed was comfy and there were two bunk beds, a sleeper sofa and a baby bed available. There is one bathroom and the plumbing worked well. The hosts provided what we needed to get going with all kitchen and bathroom paper products and we bought more as we needed. If we come back, we will bring beach chairs and beach towels; maybe some spices to cook with. That’s about it! The hosts did a fantastic job of making this place clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the lights are bright and well placed. The electronic door lock is nice; no need for keys! The complex is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We used the laundromat and the washers/dryers all worked fine . There were plenty of them. Costs $2 to wash and 25 cents for each 5 minutes to dry. We spent about $3.50 per load and we’re happy. Bring your quarters as there is no place to get change. We walked to restaurants and other tourist stores. Lovely vacation! We’ll be back!

My daughter and I come to the sea cabins every year. We chose this condo this year because of the view and to be closer to the ocean. We enjoyed everything about the condo accept I do not believe some of the dishes were washed. Maybe they were the left over dishes from the stay prior that wouldn’t fit in the dishwasher? But there were several spoons and coffee cups that weren’t cleaned. The spoon had streaks on them like they do when you slide your food off and the coffee cups had coffee drips along the outsides of them. It made the place feel a little unclean because of that. Otherwise the stay was great!
