This exquisite beach house blends modern elegance and coastal allure showcased by the professionally designed interior. This exquisite home boasts a stunning chef’s kitchen, an elevator for convenience, and luxurious finishes throughout.

Step into the captivating outdoor living space, complete with a kitchen area equipped with a grill. Unwind beside the private saltwater pool or gather around the fire pit for cozy moments. The finest attractions of Isle of Palms are just a quick drive away, while the beach is a brief stroll from the property. Indulge in movie nights with the smart TV in the main living area, or engage in conversations by the warm glow of the gas fireplace. For more room to gather, move outside to the outdoor kitchen and deck area to enjoy the pool and outdoor grill while watching the game on the TV.

Create delicious meals in the chef’s kitchen, adorned with sleek countertops and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers. The breakfast bar accommodates four guests, while the dining table seats eight for shared meals.

Sleeping up to 14 guests throughout six bedrooms, this residence offers comfort and luxury. The primary suite boasts a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin-over-twin bunk beds, accompanied by an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom presents a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom offers ample space with a queen bed and a walk-in shower. 5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

The PERFECT house!!
I don’t even know where to begin! This house was incredible. Not only was the decor and layout perfect, but it was impeccably clean and comfortable. They really thought of everything. We had a group of 9 women and had plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend if you want to stay in the Isle of Palms area.

Gorgeous house, great for large groups
We stayed here for a week. We loved the layout of the house. The pool was the perfect size for our group with easy access to a bathroom from outside. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom besides two rooms upstairs that shared a bathroom. We were there during a tropical storm. The backyard grass was pretty long which was tough for our little dog but we made it work. My only real issue is they undersold how stocked the house was. We were sent links for beach equipment rental and towel rentals. We ended up bringing our own pool/beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and we rented a bike and beach shade, but we didn’t need to bc the house had all of those things including a cart. We only got to go to the beach a few times because of the rain but it is an easy stroll from the house. It is one of the better beach access points on IOP bc there isn’t much parking near it, so it is less crowded than the others. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a question about the outdoor TV and they answered almost immediately. We will definitely rent again!

wonderful stay ! Very beautiful property very well equipped
Family flew from France with grandparents, adults and 2 teenage girls. Everyone enjoyed so much the stay at this place from the teens to the older ones! This property is very well equipped (and we cook), there is space and room for everyone to enjoy being together and also in their own space. We used the beach chairs and walk one block away from the beach. For a total of 9 people this was perfect, the dining table was also the right size for all of us. Would recommend to anyone 200%

This house was the best choice for our family stay. Our daughter was getting married in downtown Charleston and we came down for the week. We loved the house to relax by the pool and walk to the beach. There were ten of us and the house was just perfect for our crowd. Would book again for sure.
