We had completely underestimated the number of steps both to the property and once in the property. 2. Nothing to do with the property but the local road works were difficult to navigate. In fact put The Met into your Sat Nav not the property postcode then follow your written instructions otherwise you may find yourself going round in endless circles. We would stay ...

„Well equipped apartment right on the seafront. Parking was easy on seafront or in nearby car park but payable as noted in the description. Nice pubs/restaurants nearby. Uphill walk or use the lift to get up to the town.“

„We are pensioners who often visit the Island to catch up with friends. This was the best apartment we have found for cleanliness , comfort and locality for a relaxing break. We loved the views that we were able to enjoy from the grounds of the property. The parking on the premises is a bonus too. We will definitely be back.“

„Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, die Lage ist super, man kann im Ort zu Fuß alles erreichen. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer und viel Platz, lediglich die Küche ist zum Sitzen etwas klein, es geht jedoch mit 5 Personen noch ganz gut. Den Aussenbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Es kommt am Abend die Sonne etwas durch.“

„Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Es ist recht groß, besonders die Küche bot sich als Gemeinschaftsraum an. Die jugendlichen Kinder fühlten sich mit free WLAN im Wohnzimmer wohler. Schade war, dass man nicht ein kleines Eckchen des riesengroßen Gartens nutzen dürfte. Das fand besonders unser Hund traurig, der auch vor der Tür für ein Fleckchen Grün ordentlich wandern musste. Die Menschen in Ventnor sind unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Straßen eng und mit Linksverkehr ...

„We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is new, modern, very clean and in the perfect location with the beach just across the road which is beautiful. Only downside is the very loud building work going on and this wasn’t mentioned when we booked.“

„We had a very enjoyable 7 day stay in Shanklin. The apartment was well situated (with lovely views) and had everything that we required for an enjoyable stay. The check in process was very efficient and timely and any questions that we had were answered very quickly. We would happily stay at the accommodation again.“
