I had the most surreal experience ever. We arrived at midnight, checked in: the room has a huge patch of mold on the shower. The air is unbreathable in the room. I ask if it's possible to change room as I have allergic asthma. The receptionist (very kind) tells us that he can try to change the room the next day. Since it was late, I decide to accept. So I decide to go to bed, the bed was FULL of hair. I go back to reception and tell them to give me new sheets and that I would help changing them. We remove the dirty sheets and surprise: the bed is full of stains and hair everywhere. I refuse to sleep in this bed. Strangely the guy now finds another room, he shows it to me, the air is more unbreathable than before because of the mold. Here I lose patience, I refuse to spend money on them and ask for another room. He says they are overbooked and that the only solution is to take the room where I can’t breathe. I ask to find a partner hotel. He can't find it and suddenly there is a solution: give us the money back (before it was not possible). We had to look for a hotel at three in the morning on our own, walking and entering each hotel because after midnight it is no longer possible to book a room for "the day before". At 3:00 I check in another hotel (which costs double, the only one available nearby) and I write to the previous hotel to complain. This manager decides well to take revenge for my email-complaint BY CALLING ME 5 CONSECUTIVE TIMES AT 7 AM TO INSULT AND OFFEND US.
