„I've stayed in pretty much every highly rated rental home in the area over the last 4 years and this is by far the best. Unlike most rentals, they did a very high end remodel on this one. The flooring, fixtures, appliances, beds etc. are all really high quality. The kitchen is the most well supplied we've ever come across. The decor is a bit funky but the house is spotlessly clean. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and the check in check out process was a breeze... I just wish it was around ...

„The property is ok, but not great. Lacks updated amenities (there isn't a dishwasher and other appliances are old) and the AC and internet did not work for us. The location is also not clear and we had to call the property owner to ask where it was. Thankfully, he answered on the first call and directed us to the door. it was also not very clean, there were stains on the sheets and carpet was dirty. “

The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room. "Good hotel. Well maintained and clean. Had a nice room with separate bedroom plus main room with queen and sofa bed for two older sons. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was pretty good. Appreciated that they had real cups, glasses, plates, and silverware at breakfast rather than disposable."
