This beautiful 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath townhome is perfect for large gatherings. The Views Resort sleeps 30 guests comfortably, or up to 36 guests with the assistance of 6 roll out sleeping pads. Morning will quickly become your favorite time of day at The Views Resort. Make a hot cup of coffee and head out to the patio to watch the beautiful sunrise over the Snow Canyon mountains. Take advantage of the close proximity to multiple National and State parks for a fun day trip; or hang out in Ocotillo Springs and lounge next to the community resort style pool and challenge each other to a game of pickleball. Great place!
This was a great place to stay for our group! The only thing was we never got a code for the garage key pad, so we’d have to run and jump when we wanted to leave the property with our vehicles. Other than that, it was fantastic!

Fun with family
The house was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of space for everyone. The private pool is very small but we enjoyed it along with the main pool. It close to so many things. One of our best trips to St. George as a family.

Nice place but over priced
The place was very nice but we discovered that it was over priced compared to other properties with the same amenities during the same holiday period. Loved having the private pool since we had young children. Because it was over Thanksgiving and colder outside no one used the common pool; the water was very cold, but we did use the pickle ball courts. Went over to Arcadia with other family to use their pool and lazy river which was warmer and more fun. The unit was very spacious on both levels. Response from property management was undesirable. The internet didn’t work because it appears that the owner hadn’t paid the bill; we borrowed the neighbor’s internet to get by. No barbecue as advertised. Upon arrival the entry didn’t code didn’t work as the property management had changed the code without telling us.

Wonderful!
I have stayed at a lot of vrbo places so let me just say how this one stood out. So clean. Bluetooth printer. Full size bathroom in EVERY room. Pool towels provided. Kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans, serving bowls, serving trays. They had every kitchen appliance except an Instant Pot. We loved the option to have the little kids play in the small pool out back. The pool does have a cover to put in place when not being used.

Great space and location for a family gathering
We really enjoyed our stay! Each room has its own private bathroom which was fantastic for families! Plenty of toilet paper under each sink. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a griddle, crockpot, handmixer, pots and pans, cookie sheets, etc. We loved the small pool in the backyard for the little kids. The community has a fantastic pool that takes 20 seconds to walk to. Super close to Snow Canyon State Park, bike park, Jacob Hamblin home, running trails, etc.

good property, lots of room
The house was very nice, big with plenty of room to spread out. The management was proactive in communications and responsive to the one call we had to make to them. The foosball and air hockey were enjoyed. We did not use the Play Station much... our group was not really into that. It would have been nice to have had more games for younger kids (board games, puzzles etc). Also, for younger children, be aware that there is no tub in any of the 6 bathrooms. The house pool was convenient, if small, and very warm (95 degrees). We made use of the community pool, which was very close and a bit cooler. Overall, a very good house for multiple families.

Memorable Weekend
The property where we stayed helped make our weekend more memorable. There was plenty of space for groups to gather to play games together, swim, eat, and enjoy a variety of activities at the same time. The accommodations were the right mix of attractive and cozy, and the location of the property allowed easy access to the area whenever we wanted to get away for one reason or another.

Awesome for a large family
This was an awesome home for a family reunion! We had a large group of 32 with a mix of Adults, teens, and small children. The two fridges, pool, and community pool were awesome bonus! The home was large, and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Each family had their own room and bathroom. We did have an issue that was fixed quickly. All communication with the management was pleasant. All of the other families with us said it was the perfect home. It was an amazing place, and we enjoyed our time! We hope to return in the future.

There were some cleanliness issues with the house which is expected since it is such a big house with so many beds and bathrooms. It would be hard for a crew to clean in hours of same day turnaround. We took care of most of it and enjoyed the amenities. We had questions about pool cover and fire pit and got answers quickly. A rainstorm caused the pool cover to pull out of track and jam and they had a person to fix it within hours. Some other things we liked were Ac worked well for hot climate. (It drips in washing machine drain- once we figured that out we were relieved it wasn’t a leak. ) Pools were nice -both common and private Fire pit Extra fridge in garage Lots of storage and utensils Gas range Big pantry Beautiful views Pebble ice maker Game room great for kids

Great property for a family reunion
Great experience with this property for a family reunion. Sleeping arrangements were good for large number of people and beds were very comfortable. However the bottom queen and middle double of the bunks didn’t have enough space for older, bigger people😊 Enjoyed the many bathrooms. Great space for activities. Pools were great. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances except a griddle and had many cooking pots and pans and utensils. We had called to see what was available and were told we needed to bring what we might need as it wasn’t a full stocked kitchen. We wish we had known so we wouldn’t have brought our own.
