„This was out 3rd stay. The condo and the property are well cared for. The staff, from security to the front desk to the restaurant are lovely and very helpful. The team managing the condo are very responive in answering any questions. The condo location is great and adjacent to the marina which has a small sundry and also a liquor store which is an easy walk. Walking home from dinner out in Ixtapa in the evening felt very safe. Recommend spending the day at La Perla at La Ropa beach and taking ...

„My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! It was the perfect spot for the two of us. We loved starting our mornings with a trip to the pool or beach. After a full day, we could return to the condo to cook dinner, do laundry, and end the evening watching our favorite movies. A big thank you to Des for being so kind and keeping us informed!“

„The place was centrally located and walking distance to everything. La Madera beach is just below and about a 2 min walk down the stairs. We loved it and would definitely come back and stay. The one and only downside is that the two units below are undergoing renovation and thus there is a bit of noise and jackhammering, but otherwise it was an amazing stay!“

„The place itself is as advertised- lots of space, clean, everything works well and very comfortable. The property is a bit of a hill to reach on foot but not bad. The proximity to the beach and restaurants allowed us to feel tucked away while easily getting where we needed to. The host and staff were friendly and I'd definitely return.“
