„Great property in New Wilmington but not to far from New Castle shops and restaurants. The property has a great layout with comfortable furnishings, it was perfect for the 4 of us. „Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment.“

„My husband was in an accident right before we were supposed to stay here. I sent a message to the hosts just let them know we wouldn’t be there for our stay and the host was SO kind about it. The host offered us to reschedule our stay. We were so shocked and grateful because we were so excited to stay at this beautiful spot but were way past the cancellation period.
