„This is a very nice, clean, but basic budget motel. It is independently owned and run by a family, and they do a very good job of keeping the rooms clean, comfortable and in good condition. „the owner lives on the property. she was very amenable to our needs. when we arrived, we did not have any cell service (only verizon in the area); no wifi or cable for pc or tv. she went out and bought an extra verizon phone to keep on the property for us and others to have a hotspot. „My husband and I (and our dog) loved the peaceful location right on the Tuscarawas River. It’s a quiet retreat with great porches. The yard is large and our grandkids had fun playing there. The host was very responsive with any requests we had. Nearby is a microbrewery and also, a winery within walking distance. We also rented kayaks a few miles away for a fun day.
