„Home was clean. Had taco night for our son’s family. Not a fan of a glass coffee table, but only because my grandkids visited. I would never rate someone less because of that, just a different viewpoint on decor. Overall we were a few blocks from my son’s business and the Saturday market! Close to everything really. Worked out great!“

„This is a lovely property in a quiet area. The hosts, Carl and Linda, are very guest focused and took care of all my needs. The kitchen should be supplied with paper napkins. Website needs to be updated as they no longer have a Keurig. The Nespresso was wonderful. The wifi worked great. Access to parking is a bit tricky, but through the host's help, we made it work. Convenient location within easy walking distance of downtown Ashland and theaters.It has a beautiful yard ( the loveliest and most unique water fountain) and secure parking off the street. Nice outdoor furniture for a relaxing morning coffee and after theater unwind. Definitely a must reservation for 2026. “

„We've stayed in Ashland more times than I can count, coming sometimes twice a year for OSF. This is far and away the very best lodging we've ever enjoyed. Spotless, with very nice furnishings throughout, including kitchen necessities. Just one block from the theaters, it is a very private, quiet, hillside studio with lovely views. And if I could transfer that luxurious bathroom to my own home, I'd do it in a heartbeat. “

„In general, the space was acceptable, but there were a number of issues. The inexpensive blinds did not create a completely private space (and one was broken). The silverware in the drawer appeared poorly cleaned. The wifi network was only available the first of the three-day stay, which made being there for a work trip quite difficult. Upon entering the space, there was a distasteful smell, which I believe was the use of a fragrance to cover up a moldy smell.“
