„The view and access to the beach are outstanding. The property, as a whole, is well maintained. This unit could use some upgrades. The Shower faucet is not securely fashioned, and we worried it could pull out of the wall if not careful. There were spots on the upholstery of the dining room chairs. It could use cotton sheets. But it is a comfy spot for an ocean view.“

„Enjoyable stay for a large group. The property was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Even though it was cold we were able to use the heated pool. The beach was just a short walk. There were many nice restaurants just a short drive to get to. The host was friendly and highly responsive. “

We did a 30 mile walk for breast cancer over the weekend. two other highlights were visiting the American Beach museum, and the nearby distillery.The condo could use some attention, particularly washing the carpets. Kitchen is small, but stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Host did not answer our questions regarding check out.“

„Property was great. Heated pool was a major plus. The house was well organized and instructions were simple. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and the host was amazing at helping us with that. It took one email and about 5 minutes and it was done. We will definitely try to stay here again during my future visits to the Mayo Clinic“

„The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash. “

„Overall great stay, although the Florida weather was fickle! House was located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and the beach/pier area. House was cozy and comfortable. Bikes and beach chairs came in handy. We didn't use the pool, but the dogs appreciated the fenced outside space. Sarah was a wonderful host, with some thoughtful welcome gifts and snacks. So nice to have coffee for day one! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.“

„Overall the stay was good, great location very helpful and friendly staff. The tile floor in the kitchen area in the room and the bathroom were sticky and I had to clean it myself. Also toilet dirty was dirty had poop stains on flushing button. The beds were very comfy, the room setup is very nice how it is a suite. The breakfast was AMAZING the omellettes were so good!!! They did not have pens and peper in the room needed them for work. I would stay there again.“
