Almost great
The house is large, has nice beds (at least the big ones) and kitchen. I say “almost great” as it had a lot going for it, but also a few thing to be be desired.
It was clean in the important areas (beds, bathrooms) , but we spent a little time cleaning the washing machine, grill and sink to make the grill cookable and remove musty smell. The outside trash was overflowing when we got there, but they did get it out mid-visit, so maybe we just had bad luck.
Kitchen had plenty of plates and pans. Could have used a few more glasses and bakeware, but overall very sufficient.
Communication was up and down as well. Promptly sent the door code (most important thing) but didnt send WiFi (we found it), trash instructions or checkout procedures. Took 12-24 hours to answer questions, but also stayed out of our business, so I guess it just depends on what you are looking for.
Area is definitely peaceful.
