„My family loved this beautiful house and pool. The house was very clean, with a beautiful pool that the kids spent all day in. We loved sitting on the roof with coffee in the mornings, watching the sunrise, and in the evenings to watch the stars. There’s tons of space to lounge around in. „The property was really clean and adorable. Jorge was easy to communicate with, kind, and prompt. We enjoyed the big, open kitchen, the layout of the casita and appreciated the comfortable bed. We were both impressed with the water pressure and hot temperature in the shower. Having the gear shed next to our casita coupled with the short walk to the launch sets this place apart. It was also really quiet. We’ll definitely be back! “

„This property does not have a washing machine as advertised. There were only two bath towels provided and no washcloths. The location is amazing and the property beautiful. Sunsets and sunrise are unmatched from the rooftop.“

„The bottom floor rooms share the outside kitchen and we all share the fire pit and front patio. We are a few blocks away from the water and close to food and restaurants and small stores. You can just walk to get around or rent a scooter right here from Pepe, the owner. He is very good at assisting with all your adventures. There is a great community vibe and we made so many great friends with the other guest while we were there. We had many big cookouts and feasts together. There are adults ...

„Absolutely loved our stay! My friend on the bed, I slept on the perfectly adequate sofa. The view, privacy&safety, the casita, outside/rooftop areas, and caretakers ALL OUTSTANDING!!The kitchen is minimally, but suitably equipped. The drive up to this property is part of its allure (10 minutes on one lane sandy road). Relax, soak it in and enjoy the beauty of the East Cape. We can’t wait to stay there again!!“

„I chose this condo in Club Cerralvo because it is in the heart of the La Ventana sailing area and had amenities that were important to me. The room was nicely laid out and had a good view of the bay. I really appreciated the pool and hot tub after a day on the water.I didn't rate it 5 stars because of the water situation. You have to drink bottled water in La Ventana and this room didn't have a working water dispenser. The listing was misleading about this.Otherwise, it was a great value“

„We had a wonderful time at Villa Mirasol! From the fresh pico when we arrived to the sourdough break we baked and the fish we grilled, it was exactly what we were hoping for! Quiet, secluded yet plenty to do! Kayaking, snorkeling or swimming in the beautiful pool! Each couple has their own space yet lots of places to go to be alone, with a small group or a whole group, the layout was perfect! Sergio was always available, Jesus even did a late night A/c check, and the ladies kept the rooms clean ...

The casita is in a site that is still being developed. There was no active building going on when we were there but we did overlook a new house in process and noise and privacy would have been an issue had construction been going on.
