„Everything about this house is awesome. Bedrooms and main area are spacious and comfy. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Neighborhood is very quiet. Plenty of room for parking cars and boat trailer. The covered pier was so convenient. Nicest, most attentive host we’ve had yet. Sitting on the back covered porch and seeing nothing but lake and trees was so relaxing. All in all is a great place to stay when visiting Toledo Bend.“

„Great spot with tons of privacy. The fishing was awesome! Just a short boat ride from the ramp, and we spent most of our time in the cove catching crappie, bass, and catfish. We really enjoyed it! “

„We had a fabulous time celebrating the multiple April birthdays in our family. The split level was ideal for early nappers and late-night board games. The site had various areas that you could visit and congregate. My sister and husband are building nearby, and we were able to go fishing and swimming at Sam Rayburn Reservoir.
