„This property is realy close to many food options, as well supermarkets and very close to the beach. The rooms at the hotel are very clean and confortables. „nice pool and the A/C works great. The negative side the shower head needs to be replaced and the host were fighting/arguing really loud at 1am to the point the husband had to sleep in the other container. Made it very awkward to say the least and unprofessional when you have guest. Would not stay for that reason.“

„Aucune indication de l hotel malgre arrivee dans les delais, c est seulement 2h45 apres notre arrivee, que le proprietaire trouve a la plage grace a une residente nous conduit a l hotel. Avant deux residents ont telephone a l hotel en vain pour trouver l itinéraire. „When i got to Santa Teresa this people didnt have my reservation ready and they told me they didnt confirm the reservation because EXPEDIA DIDNT PAY THEM BACK! They try to arrange the situation but i decided to look for another hotel where you didnt got a fee for it. Why are you workijg with people like this stressing out your clients in the last minute??“

„One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!) ...
