„Idyllic property, right on a gorgeous stretch of the Ausable River. Clean and comfy cabin with all that you need. We truly relaxed, spent a lot of time enjoying the river and the views. Great proximity to all that makes this area of the Adirondacks so special - Wilmington, Whiteface, Lake Placid, Jay, Keene -- all nearby. Lots of great hikes in the area. Our host Scot was super-responsive. We'd go back, for sure!“

„This farmhouse was really nice to stay in during our week long trip in the Adirondacks. Everything was very clean and very nice when we arrived and served our needs very well. Wifi worked really well and TV services were very good. Hot tub was also really good as was the firepit outside. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice home with a small group. Just be sure to respect the quiet hours and neighbors and you shouldn't have problems on that.“

„My 20 and 18 year-old kids and I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the cabin very much. It was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully and cheerfully furnished without being stuffy. We made good use of the grill, which is right outside the kitchen, and enjoyed dinners and games in the dining nook, and breakfasts outside. Since this was just built within the last few years, there's nothing tired about the property that you can find with so many homes. „House was clean however did have some spiders and webs which is typical but Someone before us must have had a pet as there was an odor in master room if door is shut (believe it is on rug by door). „The lake is gorgeous and the location was perfect -- secluded and private but also convenient to town. We were very comfortable at the cabin (even when it got down to 40 degrees one night) and would certainly go back. During our stay especially enjoyed the walking trail in the woods where the house is located, kayaking and swimming in the lake, and hearing the calls of loons in the evenings. “
