„Our second annual guys trip was met with this beautiful property that had something for everyone. Hot tub and firepit were great to soak up after a day hiking in the local hills. Close enough to North Conway for great breweries and food, far enough to feel out of the city! Would stay here again!“

„It’s a nice place, good location. I had to call the property management to get the check in information which isn’t what I expected. The property was clean and warm. TV and Wi-Fi were not functioning, which wasn’t a huge problem but also not anticipated.“

„We loved this little cabin. Nice and clean with plenty of space and nicely equipped for 5 people to spend some time together and enjoy mountain area exploration . Would be great spot for people who love to ski as the ski areas are very close. We checked out local points of interest and downtown Littleton. Went over to North Conway for a day to hike and shop. Sat out on the lovely screen porch and watched the stars. Looking forward to coming again for a longer stay to do more in the area.“

„Hi/Bonjour, we spent a wonderful 4 nights (July 29-Aug 1) at the "ski patrol" cottage (Applebrook). The owner Wally provided lots of useful info throughout our stay and also provides a comprehensive information binder. It was perfect for us (2 adults and a dog). The place is central and well located if you want to explore the Whites. It was very clean, fully equipped and we enjoyed the pet-friendly vibe and little attentions. Great spot and will certainly go back.“

„Cottage was as advertised. Stated 3 nights w family to go skiing. Perfect location. Close to sking, restaurants, grocery store. Waking up to the sound of the river each day was very nice. Enjoyed fire place but must bring your own wood and had to ask for fire poker which the property manager brought over shortly after we asked. Beds were very comfortable. We loved this cozy cabin.“

„Knotty Pine Cottage is the perfect escape from the city. The house is wonderful & the hosts have all the amenities you need for your stay. The views from the deck and 2nd floor of the home are spectacular. You can spend time on the pond kayaking, canoeing or dangling your feet in the water while sitting on the sturdy dock. „My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary. It’s convenient location and only 10 minutes from downtown Gorham, however it’s secluded and extremely private. The fire pit along with the sound of the river was the perfect mixture. It’s exactly what we needed as a little getaway!“

„The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The suite was very neat and comfortable, staff was friendly as well. I loved the fireplace which was so easy to handle! On the contrary I was unlucky to be located next to a private tenant who started construction works at 8.30 am, making it impossible to linger any longer in the suite. However, my complaints were immediately addressed by the management and they made sure that the works did not bother me again on the next morning. That was remarkable ...
