„Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite basic, no frills. The bed was good. Our room had no window but the bathroom had a glass-brick wall that let some daylight in. A small device could be opened for some fresh air. Breakfast is in the basement that looks like an industrial working area. Since hotels in Taiwan are generally expensive, this one was value for money at 53 EUR.“

„Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung im Hotel bevor wir weiterreisten, dennoch durfte unser Sohn, der in dem Ort in zwei Wochen sein Auslandssemester beginnen sollte und dann auch erst seinen Wohnheimplatz erhielt, seinen Koffer dort solange stehen lassen.“

„Great hotel, a stone’s throw from the train station. Loved my room, staff were friendly. Breakfast a bit limited, but it’s thrown in. Washing machines and detergent on the ninth floor with a large terrace for drying your togs. Thanks!“

„Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu. Die Leute nett, aber von dem versprochenen Drink wollten die Leute an der Reception nichts wissen. Es habe ja eine Minibar. Eine kleine Dose Cola und ein gesüsstes Mineralwasser waren drin. Um das Gepäck hat man sich erst kümmern wollen, Ansicht selber alles in der Lobby abgestellt habe, da konnte ich es auch selber auf das Zimmer bringen. Das Restaurant war recht gut. Im Vergleich zum Schwesterhotel in Tainan fällt das in Hsinxhu aberextrem ab. “

„First of all the view, the service and the hotel itself is very nice. My room was located in 23rd floor with a great view over Hsinchu. Overall the room was nice, the service was good. But if you want to work there please note: the WiFi is really slow in peak times, mobile data is much better ~ this needs to be fixed, I‘ll recheck next year :) Also Pool area is very used and needs a complete deep cleaning. This was one of four hotels in Taiwan for me and it reached place number 2 of all.“
