When staying here, the entire home is yours to use. Washer and dryer are in the home for your use during your stay. Fully equipped for the kitchen on for those that want to cook when away from home.

NO PARTYING! If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood.
One Car per bedroom limit. Parking is limited to only parking directly in front of the townhouse. No street parking.
$69 pet fee up to the first 7 days. $5 per day afterwards with a limit of $119

Homeowner neighborhood!
IMPORTANT - TRASH SERVICE - Trash is picked up on THURSDAYs. Please take trash to the road on
Wednesday afternoon or first thing Thursday morning (before 7am). Once picked up, please bring back to its location by he house.

Simple House Rules
No smoking in house. Please smoke outside and properly dispose of butts. Evidence of smoking inside may result in forfeiture of security deposit.
1 car per bedroom limit. Do not park on grass. No street parking
We love pets. Please clean up after pets, including the yard.
If you have a pet, please leave the protective covers on the furniture
TVs - The TVs are Roku TVs. Your own username and password will need to be used for the app you would like to use.
Pet Fee - We use the honor system to let us know if you have a pet.
Check Out Instructions
Very Important - Please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels.
Do NOT wash linens. We take linens offsite for washing.
Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible.
Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :).
If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew.
Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee
Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items.
If you have any questions during your stay, we encourage you to use the messaging feature within the platform you booked (VRBO/Airbnb).
