Everything you Need
Great neighborhood. Wonderful House. Terrific communication. We had an awesome family reunion at this house. It's got everything you need. A lot of attention to detail has been spent by the owners in making this a comfortable place to stay. Everyone in our party enjoyed our time here. Really neat house that feels like a home. Would definitely stay here again. My wife is a Physician and was able to work remotely with patients. Our couch locked football and movie enthusiasts had a great time. My 5 year old nephew had a ball in the hot tub and checking out all the cool decorations. My wife and I slept like rocks on the high thread count sheets and memory foam pillows. Very flexible arrangement. I can see this working for any number of different types of familes/friends.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family. The home was great for us, the owner had prepared for our arrival, the kitchen was well stocked and our thanksgiving was wonderful. Hot tub was great. We would stay again!

Wonderful place for relaxing stay!
We were in Johnson City for our son’s wedding. This home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, close to everything yet located away from the bustle of JC. The house welcomed us with open arms and heartfelt messages throughout our stay. From the front porch to the back yard everything was inviting and relayed the message come stay a while and we will give you rest. Truly a comfortable space for a getaway with adult children. Great Place to stay in Johnson City
We really enjoyed our 10 night stay here. The house was exactly as described and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The property manager was great about communicating with us from the start to the finish of our stay. There were brochures and maps of the area left for us to flip through and get ideas of things to do in the area. I highly recommend visiting a few of the local State Parks like Tipton-Haynes, Davy Crockett birthplace, and Sycamore Shoals. We enjoyed playing Bocce Ball in the backyard each night and my husband was able to work from home with a good internet connection at the desk space in the living room area. The beds were very comfortable. We hope to stay here again when we visit our son at ETSU

The first view of the home from the driveway was reinforced by the beautiful interior. The living spaces are comfortable; the kitchen is well-stocked: and the bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The lovely grounds and restful rockers on the porch are a haven for guests. This is a 10 star property
We visited for my daughter in law’s college graduation and recommissioning as Captain in the Army. We hosted the family after the ceremony for champagne and cake and again for the Derby on Saturday. I can’t express enough how happy we were with the accommodation’s. There was every thing we needed at our fingertips and more. Our hosts were fabulous on every level. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and close to a ton of fun places to visit, eat and shop. This is a 10 star property and would definitely recommend you check it out. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much!

Great New Years trip
We stayed here for our family new years trip. House is in a great location, close to EVERYTHING. We traveled to ski in North Carolina and went to Gatlinburg, all less than 2 hours away from this property. House was roomy and well equipped. Highly recommended.

A much needed vacation
I can't begin to explain just how amazing this experience was. A group of seven of us were in Johnson City for a wedding, and Vanessa & Marlin, we're nothing but providing, cordial, and helpful. The property was fantastic, with several available amenities that made our stay easy and FUN. The neighborhood is QUIET and is close to several eateries and stores if you are looking to stock up for the week. If you are in the Johnson City area, I cannot recommend this property enough.

Absolutely lovely property
We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. This property is lovely and we didn't want for anything. Our gracious hosts had blueberry muffins, orange juice, brownies, a charcuterie board and crackers and assorted coffees waiting for us. The beds were extremely comfortable. They even have an adjustable bed for those that may need to be elevated when they sleep. The yard and backyard is park-like and there is a wonderful hot tub for your relaxation. Our hosts have gone over and above to provide for everything you might need or want. Don't hesitate to book this, lovely, clean, outstanding property. You won't be disappointed.

Tri cities visit
Amazing home, comfortable and clean with great hosts who are ready to address any concerns. Over all location is prime and the large home, hot tub and comfortable beds were just what we needed after exploring the tri cities area. Highly recommend to any family staying in this area!
