„We spent our 25th anniversary at this property and it was a beautiful and romantic location. I loved the updated but tasteful decorating. I grew up going to a farm in Texas when I was younger and it maintained that character while still being very beautiful with all the amenities. I hope to visit again!“

„We had 10 women stay the whole weekend at the house. The house was warm all weekend but that was just because it was late August in Texas. There’s no real way around that. I would recommend this place 8 days a week except for late summer. But if you aren’t there the whole time then it’s probably not as bad. And even with it being warm it was still very doable and we still had the absolute best time! We had plenty of space for everyone and the pool was great. Jeff and Alexis were incredible and ...

„We loved gathering with our family at this beautiful and quiet farmhouse. It is perfectly set up for a crowd with great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Lots of very thoughtful amenities! A bit outside of Fredricksburg, but we loved the trees, sunsets/sunrises, wildlife, nearness of many wineries and easy access to Albert Dancehall. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!“

„Our time here on my birthday week/weekend was a one of kind experience. The house absolutely gorgeously decorated and no details missed. Highly recommend! Management on site the best perk you could ever want or need. Everything in the home is immaculate and well cared. A lot of thought on details went into this incredible visit to the Texas Hill Country. Private road, gated entrance and amenities all top notch. We would stay here again. Stunning. “

„From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!“

„This property is spectacular! Close to all the wedding venues, wineries, breweries, distilleries, etc...but in a peaceful and secluded space with amazing views. The house is clean and comfortable with several seating areas both inside and out. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings and families of deer, right off the back porch, in the mornings. „10 of us flew to Austin for the eclipse. We booked this beautiful property almost a year ago and we are all so glad we did. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We never felt crowded. Even in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. Gigantic TV and excellent wifi. Big deck overlooking the really beautiful Texas hill country. Great sunsets and great eclipse watching. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We would gladly rent this home again anytime.“
