„The room worked great for our small family. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the A/C in the room. We loved the daily walk over to the break and the use of the shared spaces throughout the property. You cannot beat the views, sounds of the waves and smell of the sea! The caretaker Rafael was great and available anytime we needed something!“

„Our stay was fantastic! The house is beautifully situated right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to Saladita surf break. We loved the peaceful location while still being within walking distance of the surf. Robert was incredibly responsive, and Ana, the cleaning person, was wonderful and kept the house spotless. „Punta Majahua, Maria 6, is an exceptional condo, the view and facilities are fantastic. The furnishings in the condo are perfect for a home away from home. The beds, pillows and linens were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!“

„Villa Ana is gorgeous. The common area just out the door was the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. During our stay the whales could be seen breaching in the afternoons. Antonio’s Bar and Grill has great food and friendly staff. Majahua is a great place to relax and soak up the sun.“

„The place was beautiful. The host was amazing the neighborhood was the safest we had encountered in all our Mexico trips. Plenty of fans to keep you cool at night. Felt very safe the whole time and our host was very cute yogi lady who made us feel welcome. My gf said she wants to come back. She said that multiple times per day. Waves aren’t the best for surfing but perfect for boogie boarding (property has 2) was such a great find.thanks for having us. “

„You will not see a more beautiful sunset anywhere in the world. Each holiday we travel to a new spot to spend time together with our family. Easy to get to from the airport. (Rent a car.) Beautiful architecture and design - simple and extravagant. Landscape design is unbelievable. So much to do. We were in the ocean every day. Right out front surfing, swimming, boogie boarding. Sandy bottom. Walked for miles on the beach. Saw whales, dolphins, sea turtles. Rented boats to fish, surf and rented ...

„This home is situated on a medium hill and is built up on the land so that your views of the ocean and surrounding area are stellar. The sounds of the waves are close and wonderful. However, this home is also one of the first homes built in an emerging "neighborhood" so future guests can almost be guaranteed to be met with fires from surrounding neighbors clearing the land as was our case or with inevitable construction sounds. „Jose Luis and Luz were amazing! Luz cooked delicious meals for us twice. The infinity pool over looking the ocean is incredible! The rental is not where it claims to be in the listing, it is much farther. I recommend having a car if you’re staying here. Some of the fixtures including the a/c in one of the rooms wasn’t working for our entire stay. “

The property itself is great - comfortable, well appointed, with spectacular views from the main level and the roof top terrace and plunge pool.
