„Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. „This is a very cute home. Teenager loved the detached room. The beach was mesmerizing even with a cold rainy weekend. I want us to come back in summer. Water pressure in shower was really good and welcomed after traveling. I am embarrassed to say we got in very late in the dark and I didn’t look at the house numbers there is a similar colored home across the street. „We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!“
