„We were so comfortable and happy to stay in this great, cozy studio. It has everything needed to be comfortable and a great location. Every thing in the kitchen was impeccably clean and the place so nicely decorated.We cannot say enough about the so friendly and readily available Host, Deirdre, who was very forthcoming in assisting with any questions we had, Thank you.“

„I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.“

„My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. „The house was clean, safe, and check-in process was smooth. Being on the water was nice to look at from afar. It served our purposes as we wanted to be near Jones Beach for a concert. However, several expectations were not met. This is listed as a "beach house" but there were no beach chairs or towels to bring to the beach. (Owner told us there would be via messaging.) The very first photo has a lovely lit-up porch, however the lights didn't work outside and we had to use our cell phones for ...

„This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property.“

„Arrived late at night due to flight delays but Steven made himself available to us for check-in and was truly friendly to interact with.Upstairs unit is spacious with multiple televisions and other ammenities including a desk in the bedroom and an ironing board which came in handy.At the conclusion of our stay we gave suggestions to improve the experience of the next guests to which Steven was very receptive!We would book again!“

„We loved the location, but the home was loaded with spiders, most appliances did not work (dishwasher did not work, blender, toaster oven, the stove top only half worked) - plus the pots were scratched (and with Teflon not useable) The shower door was broken and would not close, the toilet paper roll holder had no dowel to hold roll, toilet seat very loose, door frames were chipped and dirty, hold in wall next the bed in room with bunkbeds, laundry closet had missing doors. “

„This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided. The house had two wonderful outdoor second story decks with great views of the water and the ferry dock. Location was perfect, so convenient to ferry and market. Two things not great. „Die Aussicht auf das Mets Stadium und Manhatten war einfach unglaublich. Leider muss ich die Fehlende Sauberkeit bemängeln. Viele Haare und Flecke gefunden. Die Fenster waren leider sehr dreckig trotz der schönen Aussicht. Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Wasser dauert sehr lange (ca. 15min) bis Warmwasser kommt. Personal spricht teilweise nicht so gut englisch. Beim Check-In wurde meine Zimmer Nummer laut ausgesprochen, was in der Branche ein grosses NoGo ist.“

"Gute Lage für Flugverbindungen ab JFK. Mitarbeiter Reception kennen zum Teil die Zimmer nicht (Zimmer mit Connecting Door erhalten, obwohl dies ausdrücklich nicht gewünscht war). Sauberkeit ok, aber nicht blitzblank. Klimaanlage laut. Lärm-Isolierung gut. Regelmässige Shuttles"

"Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, hell und bot genug Platz. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Hier und da könnte man mal Ausbesserungen vornehmen, zum Beispiel die fehlende Wandverkleidung im Bad ersetzen oder die lose Steckdose im Schlafbereich befestigen oder mal alles frisch streichen. Zudem ist Teppich einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ok und vor allem das frische Obst, guter Kaffee und wechselnde Angebote jeden Morgen haben uns gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Direkt vorm Hotel fahren mehrere Buslinien, die einen schnell überallhin bringen. "
