Your view from the Queen's Court is postcard perfect! When you walk into this home, all you see is Wallowa Lake.
From the entry, you'll walk down a short hall. The first bedroom is on the left with a guest bathroom directly across. Descend three steps into the kitchen area, which is small but has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The dining room offers seating for six and a beautiful view of Wallowa Lake from the glass patio door, the massive picture window, and the two side windows. Be sure to bring your slippers, as the majority of the living space is wood.
The living room is full of windows as well, including glass sliding doors that open to the wrap-around deck overlooking the lake and the private dock. There's plenty of seating in the living room for watching movies on the large flatscreen TV and a gas stove to take the chill off cooler mountain evenings.
Just past the living room, you'll go up two steps to get to the second bedroom. Continue down the short hall past the office area, which is the perfect place to pen your next novel, fill in the family journal, or write a few short postcards. The primary bedroom is at the end of the hall, featuring another great view of the lake. Step into the private primary bathroom to soak in the Jacuzzi bathtub, light the gas stove to set the mood for relaxation, or rinse off in the two-person shower after a day of boating on Wallowa Lake.
Outside, the yard is well maintained with a sprinkler system that keeps the grass nice and green. There's mature landscaping all around the home, as well as a large privacy fence on the north side of the yard to give the little ones a place to play.
THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal private docks are typically placed for Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These are placed and pulled by a 3rd party and several variables come into play such as lake levels, snow and company availability. We do our best, but these items are non refundable items if a problem occurs with their timing of putting in the water and pulling from the water.
Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.

You must go down two flights of stairs to get into the house
No fires or firepits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions
Do not exceed the occupancy or parking limits at any time
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
