„The house is huge, as advertised. Plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. The hot tub was great. The lake was farther than it was advertised.Most of what we needed was stocked. Unfortunately the pool was still closed for the season. I had reached out 4 times before booking to ask about the pool, but didn't get a response. “

„Place and host were great! I would stay again but….you must know the neighbor is not so great. Parking is not so easy because of neighbor. „This house was very clean and solid. Two bathrooms was a big help with 4 women between 69 and 78 years old. I would stay here again as it is convenient to most everything. Nice large table to talk around and look at pictures and recall fun episodes from our childhood. Thank you for a wonderful place to lay our heads.“

„One reason I chose this property was due its close proximity to the Riley County Fairgrounds (less than 5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there and it completely met our needs. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. They also offered nice little touches like snacks and toiletries. We will return here if we find ourselves in Manhattan again.“

„This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches“

„We were in the area for a baseball tournament and needed a break from hotels. This stay by far exceeds our expectations. The entire time we kept saying how wondering the location was, even the teenagers loved it. Family kept saying how comfortable the beds were and that anything you could ever need was in the kitchen. The master suite was absolute heaven for parents needing a break from teenagers! Fire pit was an added plus to enjoy the scenery and fresh air.“
